Lancastrian Estates were absolutely super at helping us buy our first house. Matthew and Kerry were on it with the communication between us and with the solicitors. Would definitely recommend and we would rate them 10/5 if we could!

I can't recommend this firm highly enough. From start to finish they've been professional, proactive and incredibly helpful. The communication has been excellent, particularly important for me as I live abroad. They really have made a stressful process so much easier. Thoroughly recommended.

We rented a property for 18 months via Lancastrian Estates while selling a property in France to buy a house and install new kitchen and flooring before moving in.
We always felt like criminals with 12 weekly inspections forced upon us with no choice of day or time that meant we had to take time off work to be there. OR ''We we can just let ourselves in'' whenever they liked. On inspection one of the staff even pulled back the shower curtain to check there was nothing hidden behind. A maintenance painter and decorator was given access without any appointment of warning which forced us to contact the owner direct and change the locks in order to keep our temporary home and Indoor Persian Cat Safe.
The rental income we paid for this flat should have made us Customers BUT NO we were treated like criminals. Even our moving out earlier to fit with a new Tennant meant we overpaid by a good week But they were so difficult and arrogant to deal with we were just glad to get away to our for ever home
