We recently purchased our property with Lancastrian being the sellers estate agent. Having never dealt with them before I had no idea what to expect but what a great estate agents! Communicated throughout the purchase chasing as needed and being accommodating for viewings when we needed them.

A great customer-focused team to work with. We received multiple offers and sold our house in under 8 weeks for 98.7% of the asking price. What a fantastic achievement - especially in the current economic climate. They helped us throughout the selling process, not just the initial marketing. James did a great job of keeping the conveyancing process on track, answering the buyers' questions, and often updating us before our solicitor! We thoroughly recommend Lancastrian Estates.
