Absolutely shocking customer service. We previously used Lancastrian and this time was a dreadful experience, never again. Staff turnover has clearly affected this business. Lack of contact and response destroyed our sale with the buyer citing Lancastrian as their reason for withdrawal. Any contact from Lancastrian was poorly handled and staff lacked professionalism. A formal complaint was written to the director who dismissed issues raised and refused to take any accountability. We were left with huge solicitor bills for the incompetence. Be warned, there are plenty of other, better local estate agents out there.

Friendly, professional and very efficient team with a good knowledge of the local market. James, our main contact, was particularly helpful - contacting us with relevant updates without being intrusive and being very responsive whenever contacted. Would highly recommend Lancastrian Estates to both buyers and vendors.

We have had a few viewings with Lancastrian estates. Although we have not bought a property through the company as yet, our interactions with the Lancastrian Estates team have been a totally different experience from dealing with other estate agents in years gone by. The collaborative use of the street app to facilitate and manage bookings is a revelation and takes the hassle out of endless phone calls trying to arrange viewings, only to be told by some agents you can view the property two weeks on Monday at 4.59 pm for 10 minutes... not the case with Lancastrian Estates, the street app allows you to offer feedback that Kevin and his team genuinely welcome, they offer prospective viewers of properties an objective view and want to make sure that you are buying a property that is right for you and not just looking for a quick sale.
We would recommend using Lancastrian estates without hesitation; this technology-based approach to property is the way forward.

I would highly recommend Lancastrian Estates to sell your home.
Transparent communication at every stage. The Videos definitely help to sell/buy your home rather than deceiving wide screen shots you get with competitors. Fair rates for Selling too.
James Unwin is a credit to the business and will act immediately and effectively to any concerns ))

We hired Vinos restaurant out for a weekend to run a pop up bar . Matt kitchen was brilliant thoughtout the process . He was very professional and efficient from start to finish and we cannot thank him enough
