Matthew from Lancastrian was fantastic throughout our house sale. He provided a realistic valuation and once we put it up for sale he already had several buyers lined up and we received a suitable offer very quickly.
The progression of the sale was well looked after and we managed to complete in a reasonable timeframe.
I’d recommend Lancastrian estates and use them myself for any future sale.
