A Hastings
A particular mention to Jess Latham who worked tirelessly to help push the completion over the line after it was extremely delayed by the lack of urgency of the solicitors on both sides of the sale. Jess is an asset to the Estate Agents.
I would never again use the solicitor that was recommended by Holbrook Moran though. I think that they are recommended because they get a referral fee.
HM Redfield also managed our property when we let it out. Anna is excellent and I’d recommend using HM Redfield to Landlords in that area.
It was a pleasant experience dealing with both Anna and Jess because of their politeness and professionalism. Thank you!

Holbrook Moran Redfieldwere excellent in guiding us through the sometimes stressful process of house buying!
Evie and her team were friendly, efficient and professional throughout and were adept at dealing with the complications posed by various family members being involved in the purchase.
Any queries we had were dealt with promptly and the team working approach ensured that we were kept informed about progress with the purchase even if Evie, who was our main point of contact, was out of the office.

13 weeks on the market and they did not arrange 1 viewing. They allowed me to get another agency on board for single agency fee which was a positive. They went downhill when they reduced my property in price without asking me and without me instructing them to. They tried to blame this on me and became argumentative. I then had an email apologising 2 days later for their correspondence. After this I gave them a 1 star review, they sent me an email telling me to remove my review or reconsider the rating. I would not use again in future. For buying or selling.
