If you can avoid letting with these agents I’d advise doing that at all costs. Absolutely terrible communication, refusal to reply to emails and phone calls. Rude agents who will side with landlords over tenants, no matter the situation. Absolutely appalling treatment and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid if you can, especially if you are a young woman. They will hope you don’t know the law and take advantage of that. Avoid if you can :)
- in response to your reply to this review, you did not respond to my emails, you were extremely rude to me on the phone, and you acted in the interests of a landlord that was trying his best to take advantage of me, you provided him with incorrect legal advice and point blank refused to explain yourselves. The evidence is all there so please, stop lying.

First class service. I changed over to DW Smith as they were giving me more information about my sale than the estate agent I had appointed. I’ve sold quite a few houses over the years and my experience at DW Smith was second to none.
On the ball at every point they are a friendly team of local experts that deliver results. I would recommend any one to use them.

I really good time buying from DW estate agents as a first time buyer. From the first viewing to handing over the keys. Sarah and her team, where amazing. They even helped me out with a couple of queries after the purchase completed. Highly professional, friendly and really genuine nice group of people. I highly recommend this estate agents! One of the best in Bristol!

The service provided via Karen and her colleagues was next to none - highly professional, friendly, transparent and always available for a chat over the phone. As a property buyer, I am very satisfied with my recent experience with DW Smith in the following aspects :
1. The property put on sale was of high quality.
2. Karen , the sales manager and her team, Emma etc attended to my needs and requests in a very efficient manner. Karen returned call promptly, made active communication and followed up my requests with the vendor quickly. They were all helpful to speed up the transaction which was smoothly completed within 11 weeks.

DW Smith are amazing, they made our journey for our first home very pleasurable, the staff were very helpful and quick with responding to any queries we had. We really appriciate the time and effort they put into making our experience the best. Also chasing solicitors for us regularly to keep us in the loop at all times was amazing as buying your first home can be stressful. The box of goodies we receieved when collecting the keys was a nice touch and very thoughtful.
