Really great service from start to finish with Holbrook Moran.
I dealt with Anna Bateman - she was amazing, quick to feedback and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of securing our first home.
She has continued to stay in touch and support when needed since we moved in, and in my opinion if she hasn't had one already she deserves a pay-rise! :P
Will be using Holbrook Moran anytime I move in the future.

Jess and Simon at Holbrook Moran have been excellent. We purchased a property through them, which was complex and had delays during the conveyancing process but their communication and service was consistent and superb! They always ensured to keep us updated and kept everything moving!
We have worked with many estate agents and Simon's team is definitely one of the best in Bristol. Would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Holbrook Moran Estate Agents. The agents were by far the most professional and accommodating compared to the other companies during the initial viewings. Communication was clear and swift and we tackled the significant parts of the process well together.

Holbrook Moran, and in particular Simon and Jess, were great to work with selling our house. From the initial valuation through to patience with loads of viewings and finally getting us asking price for our house. Their professionalism and flexibility with our arrangements was great. And when the chain further up got delayed they were on the end of the phone helping us to keep everything moving and offering advice beyond their remit.

I recently sold a house with Simon and team at Holbrook Moran, not only did they run an excellent and professional service, with great support throughout what was a challenging and at times painful process, but they also succeeded in achieving a sales price significantly above the asking price.
10/10 would recommend, thank you to the HM team!

They didn't do what they told me they would. I was given the impression my house would sell quickly. I didn't really get feedback unless I asked. I was told one person would do viewings and that didn't happen either. One of the people in the office was quite rude to me.
