Brilliant estate agents. From their communication to their determination to sell my property, I would recommend them to anybody. I will using them again in the future for sure. They are very professional and sold the property, and sell it reasonably quickly, when there was a difficult set of circumstances. Simon Angell and Jessica Latham have been fantastic throughout the process of the sale of our home. We instructed them exclusively to sell our home as we liked Simon's calm and professional manner. In a stark contrast with the reputation that estate agents have, Simon and his team displayed transparency, guidance and genuine empathy. We felt safe in their hands and we never felt that our constant phone calls to them were a nuisance. Right from the beginning, they marketed our home which resulted in a huge amount of buyers and then helped us decide whose offer was the best to accept.

We had a great experience with holbrook and moran, everyone we dealt with were amazing! They were so helpful and easy to contact, it took all the stress away from the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

They didn't do what they told me they would. I was given the impression my house would sell quickly. I didn't really get feedback unless I asked. I was told one person would do viewings and that didn't happen either. One of the people in the office was quite rude to me.
