I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!... Read more

We went with Fine and Country at first because we owned a thatched property. We knew they specialised in our sort of property’s in the country. Best decision ever, met Chris and felt at ease straight away. We took a breath when he told us what it would cost to be with them but it has been worth every penny and more. The photos where amazing best I’ve ever had, and the interview for the magazine was amazing. Chris is the hardest working estate agent I’ve ever met and I’ve sold a lot of houses, if you call him he always calls back, he keeps in touch constantly. That means a lot when you are stressing about your sale. And all the staff in the office are great they always pass messages on if Chris is busy with a client. I cannot recommend this company and Chris enough, they have made a difficult sale easier.... Read more
