Very Professional and went above and beyond to get the sale over the line not just because its their job but they really cared. Kate and David were absolutely fantastic and always provided updates and resolved issues. Very good communicators. Highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

I would stay well clear of Fine & Country in Bicester. They promise way more than can deliver. Property was well overpriced going into listing based on their recommendation. They promised to never send any junior agents who knew nothing about the property and then proceeded to do just that the very first weekend of showings. The communication was very poor and only received when we asked for an update. Very few showings and no offers. After four months of this nonsense, we terminated the listing and moved on to another agent.

Kate & David at Fine and country are the most helpful and honest estate agents I have dealt with.
Truly did all in their power to make the sale swift and as easy as possible. Even whilst we were on holiday we could relax knowing it would complete in safe hands.

My Partner and I used Fine and Country to buy our first home and after some pretty poor experiences with other agencies meeting David was incredible. We had a great chat about what we wanted out of a new home and he managed to find the one that suited us perfectly and considering we wanted a modern place with a rustic feel it was no small order! Throughout the process David was available on the phone evenings and weekends and kept us up to date whenever information was available. I would 100% advise that you use the team at Fine and Country if you are looking to find your next home!

Fine and Country Bicester have managed what two other agents have failed to do which is sell my house. A difficult house to sell with a testing chain, I cannot fault all the F&C Team. We couldn’t of got through it without them. The experience, knowledge and professionalism is the best in the town. I wouldn’t go anywhere else selling my next house.

I recently tried to buy a house which was being marketed by Fine and Country in Bicester. We were 6 weeks into the process before we pulled out and that was in part caused by our frustrations of trying to communicate with the staff at the Bicester office.
I have given one star because in person, Elliot who we dealt with was pleasant and personable. In the future however, on principle , I would never buy a house which was marketed by this incompetent company.
If you want an important email to be ignored for a week at a time this is your company. If you phone to speak to the agent dealing with you expect not to get through and a promised phone call not to come back. if you want to view the house you are planning to buy expect to be told you can go only 10 days later at 1 inconvenient time. If you want important data to be lost like your solicitor's details and all your contact information this is your company.
Avoid them like the plague!

I can not recommend Fine & Country Bicester highly enough.
Whilst it took nearly 2 years to sell our property Fine & Country we’re working hard all of the time.
Despite Brexit, 2 false starts due to time wasters and a late collapse in a very promising chain, completion came in just 10 days when a new buyer was found.
Throughout all of this, Kate and her team were always communicating with us, advising us and available to answer any questions any time.
I no longer live locally but I would certainly use their services again if I was.

Completion in January 2018
We bought our house through Fine & Country, and found them excellent. It was a complicated chain, with a number of legal issues, and F&C were endlessly patient and also very proactive, keeping everyone informed as to what was happening at each stage. It took nearly 6 months from acceptance of offer to completion, and I am not sure we would have managed to keep things on track without Kate and her team.

House sale completed October 2017.
Decided to go with Fine & Country because (1) they estimated the highest price from the three companies who were asked to quote and (2) they came across as by far the most professional.
Good decision in the end as (1) I had an offer of the asking price within four weeks (which went to completion a couple of months later) and (2) the whole process was handled by F&C (Debi primarily) and was relatively stress free
(For comparison 'Purple Bricks' estimated signifcantly lower and even with their lower commision i would have been severly 'out of pocket' )

I used Fine and Country in Bicester and they were awful, they didn’t check out our buyer properly (they had two properties to sell not one) resulting in our chain collapsing and us being landed with over £400 worth of additional legal fees.
Don’t fall for the shiny office and slick sales speech.
