For the past 4 years my friend and I have rented a 2 bedroom flat in Witney through Abbey Properties and we have been treated far better by them than any other estate agent in Oxfordshire. In that time there have been no rent increases or draconian administration charges for stupid things like re-newing the lease. Anyone looking to rent would be wise to bear this in mind because finding a decent estate agent like this is not so easy! I really can not rate them highly enough. Thank you

Mervyn was extremely efficient and helpful when i wanted to sell my house.
I asked Abbey Properties for a valuation and he did so very promptly , keeping me informed at every step of the process, both by phone and following up with a confirmation email..
I had heard very positive reviews from other people who have use Abbey Properties ot buy and sell homes in the Eynsham area, and i would wholeheartedly endorse their opinions.

Abbey really went the extra mile for us; they were friendly, approachable and easy to contact. They offered reassurance and help all the way through the process of selling our house (and even helped us out when we were looking around for a mortgage). Best of all when the chain further above - all with other agents - appeared to be coming apart due to lack of communication Amy stepped up and really made sure everything kept running smoothly all the way up to the top of the chain.

When it's time for us to move on again Abbey will be our first port of call. Thanks Amy and Mervyn!

I was/am very unsure about estate agents, we have had a torrid time until we came across Mervyn Harris and his team at Abbey Properties. We started out using two large corporate agents, they both talked the talk and priced our house at what I considered HIGH, but they assured me with their huge network, fully trained staff, and high profile - they would find me a buyer within a few weeks. PAHHHHHHHHH - What rubbish, within days of me signing the contract they were on the phone telling me it was too much money and needed a price reduction, BEWARE - I was tied into a contract for months, so had to live with it?
Once free on these, I instructed Mervyn and he gave me the right price, at a fair fee and found a buyer within 4 weeks - a true Professional - THANKS
