Positive: Professional and quick to respond to any communication. Nice photography and pleasant, personal service.
Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

The best estate agent in Oxfordshire!
You never know what you're going to get when selling a property, I was recommended to use Cherry Picked Residential agent and it was the best choice I made, Vinny was outstanding. He is professional, efficient and his communication was excellent from start to finish. He keeps you updated continuously, provides a real personal service, and is honest in his approach. I would highly recommend anyone selling in the area to use Cherry Picked estate agent!

Wow, the Cherry Picked team really offer a VIP experience when it comes to selling. We can't speak highly enough, they offer a service that the bigger agents can't begin to match. They sold our house after several years of trying with other agents, they are truly dedicated to looking after and delivering a personal service, making you feel like you are the only client on their books! But where Cherry Picked really shone was taking us along the very difficult journey from offer to exchange and completion. Oliver was an absolute star, a true professional and totally dedicated to the task. He corresponded with us and took phone calls day and night - we never had to chase him for updates and during the final race to exchange a few days before the Christmas break, Oliver amazed us all with his sheer determination to deliver and not let anyone down. He went above and beyond to ensure that we reached exchange, knowing that our sale may fall through if we didn't and we can't thank him enough! Cherry Picked really do offer a unique service, in our view they are the best agents in Oxfordshire.
