Gatekeeper have been amazing from start to finish! From the very beginning Dan Thorne has been super responsive and helpful! Always answering the phone and emails super speedy and being a great point of contact! The valuation process was thorough and accurate and the marketing of our property was amazing with the inclusion of professional photos of our property included in the fees, Dan managed this process for us the whole way! We were fortunate enough to sell very quickly after hitting the market which was definitely helped by the accurate market valuation and fantastic photos and property description! As this was our first property we had ever sold, and where a little anxious, the instant feedback service after each viewing was always a great help to ease our nervousness! When I came to negotiations again Dan was really clear and concise and gave us all the details we needed, giving us confidence to select the best offer for us! From that point you are handed over to a move manager, again included in the fees- which again is excellent value for money! Harriet Dearlove was amazing throughout this whole process, being a constant contact after the point of accepting offer! As the move manager she also became the middle man for both our sale and purchase of our onward property!! Which really took the pressure off having the chase everyone! Our experience with Gatekeeper has been really amazing from start to finish! Very professional, responsive, great value for money and friendly! The biggest selling point for me was he was not a pushy sales person. I detest pushy sales where you are not given the freedom to think and make a decision yourself. Very poor, would not recommend, Left no contract at house then charged us withdrawal fee we were unaware of. Withdrew because were pressuring us to reduce house price and to accept very low offers we couldn’t afford to take. Insisted we left house although my partner is undergoing chemotherapy so wanted to sit at end of large garden for viewings, would then frequently cancel at last minute.

Chelsea was fantastic, there isn't anything I can fault her with. The property we viewed was wonderful, however the conditions were not in our interest where we would not have use of the Garage. We have three cars and a lot property which would not all fit in the house hence the property conditions were the only let down. Chelsea was very helpful with providing all the relevant details and entertaiing our requests for instance negotiating the let of the Garage as well. So it was a trip for the viewing well worth it as we had to travel from London.

We rented a house in Swindon through Gatekeeper. We have just bought our first home and we just wanted to say thanks because the team couldn't have been more helpful during a stressful time! They made sure we knew what we had to do throughout the whole process of checking out and while we were in the house (just over a year), we only had a couple of things that needed work and Gatekeeper got maintenance people out quickly to fix them for us. When they needed to come to the house for viewings, we always got a text and an email to let us know what was happening and when we had friends over they understood and rearranged viewings around us. We would definitely recommend them - we've rented through lots of agents in the Area and we both felt that Gatekeeper has the best service and has thought about what tenants need.

I viewed a property I wanted to buy through Gatekeeper. When Sam showed me around I was very impressed and was keen to put an offer in to buy it.
I had to sell my house so within 24 Hours Sam had valued my property and it was listed on the market, within a week id accepted an offer so I could buy the property id viewed.
