Having found our perfect house with Breckon & Breckon all office staff were courteous and efficient. The journey to exchange of contracts was complicated but John Bouwer was the only estate agent in the chain that kept on top of the situation & informed everyone of any updates. His professionalism, efficiency & perseverance got us the house of our dreams and we can never thank him enough.
July 2015: After a fairly positive start. I had no viewings in around 10 weeks, no active contact from the member of staff, supposedly managing my sale, in almost 10 weeks. Requested call backs hit and miss & they think they were offering good service! Lack of enthusiasm I'm afraid.
