Abbey move no longer have an office, they do not communicate well and have raised our rents 9% per year without negotiation. They also evicted us when we asked for repairs but lack the admin and got our names wrong on the section 21. Avoid.

With the current London rental market it can be hard to see the positives but AbbeyMove offer a glimmer of hope within a turbulent market. They are everything an Estate Agent should be, they are responsive and show a true duty of care for tenants needs. Daniel & Joanna have been brilliant over the last year or so. I'm looking forward to leaving the London market but I will miss the professionalism of this company.

We received excellent service from Daniel, who responded to our questions and concerns quickly. Any (minor) issues with our flat were promptly addressed. We're really happy with the move, and it's been made easier by Daniel and Abbeymove.

I've had a great experience and would recommend Abbeymove to anyone looking to rent in London.
Unlike most of my previous experiences with agents, they really care and everyone is very professional.
Daniel is responsive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process and just made everything easy. The property I'm renting is in a great condition. The oven was faulty on moving in, however a brand new replacement was installed within a couple of days.
Petro who showed be the flat and handed over the keys on moving day was really friendly - thank you! :)

From the get go Daniel at Abbeymove was professional, pro-active and friendly. We booked a viewing at one flat, however then suggested a flat in the same area that was within our price range and not even on the market yet. Daniel replies to messages/emails within minutes and is very helpful with every single detail. Petro helped us move all our boxes up and saved us a lot of hard work. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience dealing with a letting agent and I am super confident that should I have any issues they will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Usually wouldn't review estate agents but Daniel and Abbeymove were really excellent: very efficient, flexible with prospective tenants, very quick at responding and overall very professional. The whole flat was even redecorated and furniture replaced before I moved in and was reimbursed generously for the small bit of cleaning that was missed off. This sort of service is pretty rare in London.

What can I say?! From the start Abbeymove and Petro have been amazing and they continue to be so. They are so responsive, professional and genuinely lovely people and you forget you’re dealing with an estate agency!! Being a family run business really comes through and I’d like to thank them for making my Pre/post moving in process absolutely stress free and easy. I can be a bit particular to say the least but that hasn’t caused any issues at all and all my queries and requests have been dealt with in a timely fashion. Genuinely a great company! Well done guys and keep up the good work ????????????

Abbeymove is probably one of the best letting agent around. Daniel answered all my emails in a matter of minutes, answered all my questions promptly and clearly and was a lovely person to deal with. He quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested wonderful properties. All the Abbeymove flats we have seen were clean, beautifully decorated and in perfect condition. It is rare to see agents who so dedicated to their clients. I would highly recommend choosing Abbeymove for your next move!
