We sold our property through Foxtons- and I can definitely say the agents here go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and goes as smooth and fast as possible. Giles has been so patient and worked tirelessly even during his holidays to make sure the solicitors are moving things forward in due time.
The fee is indeed higher than other agencies, but overall I feel it is worth it- as they get it done. Thank you Giles and team ???

Our experience with the Foxtons team over at Walthamstow had been brilliant. From the initial viewing conducted by Paul right through to completion with Giles the service had been excellent. My husband sold his property via Foxtons Walthamstow branch and we highly recommend them. Their commission fee is at a higher rate than several other estate agents. However, we think it is good value and are glad we selected them.
Giles and his team did an excellent job valuing, marketing and giving us feedback each step of the way. By God's grace we found buyers within a couple of months of putting the property on the market. Giles worked with great dedication ( liaising with us, the buyers and solicitors) to ensure the sale concluded successfully.We wish Giles and his team every success.

I used the Walthamstow Branch of this Company to sell a very difficult type of property that had been on the market for over 18months. The Sale was managed by Giles in a very professional way and he was amazing to work with. Every single time he said he would call me back - he did, and once a week every Friday afternoon we had a catch up session on where we were at at with this sale.
He was excellent with the way he guided the purchaser with all the necessary things she had to do (she was a very elderly lady)he even visited her late one evening to get some documents signed - he goes above and beyond to look after his clients.
I can't praise him highly enough, a first class asset to any business and I sincerely hope he continues to do well.
The fee wasn't the cheapest around but I had tried 3 other agents before this, all failures, so please do give Giles a try - it was well worth it.

He firstly encouraged me to view a flat I wasn’t initially keen on but absolutely loved when I saw it in person (as he assured me I would). He answered all of my questions patiently and regularly updated me on the process and next steps. I felt well supported by him and Giles during what was often a stressful process.
