Settle East are much more reasonably priced than some of their competitors, and in my view give a service that is many times better than we've received from other estate agents (in particular a certain well-known agent beginning with "F"...)

Oh Settle, what would we have done without you?
From the outset Michael impressed when it came to selling our home in Walthamstow. Walthamstow is a highly competitive market and whilst it might be tempting to go with one of the 'more established' branded agents, I would argue you would get nowhere near the level of personal service that you get from Settle. As a smaller business you deal with the same individual throughout the entire process, making the whole experience a lot less stressful, where no query was too small / silly and Michael was always quick to respond.
When it comes to selling our next home - Settle will be the first place we call. Thank you.

Honestly, what a breath of fresh air Settle have been in searching for a property. Have dealt with many letting agents over many years and Mirko has been thoughtful and attentive to our needs and our search for a new place after a landlord’s sudden decision to sell the property we had called home.
