Great service. Justin and Michael worked hard to sell my house in a very tight time frame. They handled all my requests with calmness and professionalism. I’d highly recommended them. The boutique agency approach works really well as I could reach either Justin or Michael whenever I wanted to.

Fantastic estate agents. Michael and his team were excellent from start to finish. Super professional initial meeting, excellent photo/ video and promotion of the house, achieved a price beyond our expectations, and closed everything really well right up to the end.
If we hadn’t moved out of the area we would 100% be using them again.

Just completed on my first home today and was incredibly impressed with the service from Michael. Super patient, accommodating and not pushy at all. As a first time buyer I needed some hand holding and Michael walked me through the process with ease.
I’ve been looking for over a year, tried every estate agent in the area, and can honestly say Settle were hands down the best. If I ever have to sell up, I’ll be going straight back to them.

Cannot recommend Settle enough! I’ve had experience with 2 other agencies in the area and they do not compare to the level of service from Settle. Michael and the team were professional, thorough and always quick to get back to you. Michael went above and beyond and was far superior to the level of service I’ve received in the past from other agents. Honestly, Settle are the best agents to use!

We recently sold our house through Michael and he was amazing throughout the process.He managed a difficult chain really well, and was an excellent communicator throughout.
Michael went above and beyond, not only providing the service we engaged him for, but also offering good general advice on the buying and selling process, and being a property owner! And all of this was provided at a fee that is much lower price than changed by others.Would 100% recommend.

We had a fantastic experience working with Michael at Settle East to sell our house in Walthamstow.
He was straight talking, not pushy in any way, offered opinions and tips when asked and dealt proactively with all parties involved in our chain.
Settle East are much more reasonably priced than some of their competitors, and in my view give a service that is many times better than we've received from other estate agents (in particular a certain well-known agent beginning with "F"...)
Happy to give a very high recommendation to anyone selling their house in the area
