I instructed Abode to sell my property and it is by far the worst experience I have had with any estate agents. I agreed to a four week contract and they never bothered even sending it to me, so I never signed a contract with them. After 6 week I asked them to remove my property as they were absolutely useless. Two weeks on the advert is still there and when I call to ask why they are rude and aggressive and said that it is tough. They use shady underhand tactics to make it look as though they have loads of properties for sale even though they don't. I have threatened legal action and involved the advertising standards agency and trading standards and there response was do what you like...I can't stress enough how bad these guys are and I can only hope that someone reads this review and is saved from the stress and abuse that I have had to go through and still are going through as they still won't remove the adverts. Damian is the owner and he is your typical cowboy... Please look at other agents. I know two others in the local area that are reputable and I would recommend trying one of these.
