Huge thank you to Taylor Cambden for all of his kindness, patience, hard work and professionalism throughout the process of buying my first home. Without Taylor, I don’t think I’d have got a mortgage offer so quickly, and I’d still have 10000 unanswered questions! As this is my first time buying a property, Taylor even set up a Teams call with me so that we could meet “face to face” and chat through the contents of key documents, rather than talking over the phone or email. I felt so much more confident about everything after that, and I finally started to understand what all the documents meant in lay terms.
Taylor has been a HUGE part in buying my first home, and I will never forget how great it has been to have Taylor’s support the past few months. He is a credit to the industry, and I hope to work with him again in the future if and when I need to apply for a new mortgage. Thank you for everything.

Thank you Laura and Tilly for organising our move. They answered all our questions very well and were super responsive, despite us moving over the Christmas/New Years period with holidays etc. I am thrilled with the service they have provided - they even gave us a welcome kit, which included some great snacks and multi-purpose wipes, amongst other items.

The photography service was good. The description of the property was lacking essential details when first advertised. The error was not corrected promptly when I requested it. No advice or tips was given beforehand for good marketing strategies. I do not feel compared to other agencies that my property was well pushed to potential buyers or their contact outreach.

Kudos to Laura and Tilly who have done a fantastic job handling our move. Communication was excellent, friendly and professional, and the process was very straightforward.
Also these guys are not like some lettings agents where they stop caring as soon as they have a signature - we had a couple of minor snags upon moving in, and Laura dealt with them very quickly and really showed she cared. Would recommend.

Please pass all my thanks onto Charlie. As a first time buyer, the slight lack of communication with my first helper at MANN put me slightly on edge. However, when Charlie was then assigned my case, he could not have made my experience more positive. He understood me as a person and helped make me feel completely at ease, and was the most friendly person, like my thousands of questions were never a burden. He sped the process up and kept me in the loop with everything. From reassurance to listening to rants and queries to being a fast, professional salesman when conferring with other parties in the purchase, Charlie is the best.

Laura and Tilly acted promptly to get my flat rented out and I'm very happy with that. Be prepared to lose two months rent, maybe only getvthem to find a tenant do the rest yourself to save money
