Amanda and Holly were excellent Estate agents, they sold the house quickly and showed it at its best,the photographer took some great photos, the property was marketed and under offer quickly.When we hit a few snags along the road there was always someone there on the end of the phone to explain what was happening and guide us through.

I would definitely recommend Antony Martin (Sutton at Hone) as the service received from Amanda And Holly was both excellent and professional. Amanda was my main contact and she was constantly liaising between solicitors and buyers to make the sale of my mother's property as stress free as possible. They were always contactable and kept me up to date with progress.

We recently sold our house through Anthony Martin and would 100% recommend them to anybody else looking to sell their homes too.
Holly came to value our property and she took the time to go through everything with us explaining the reasons for the price she gave and we agreed on a good price to market the property at given that two other houses were for sale in our road too. Once the property went on the market, we were given updates to how much interest we had and then the viewings started coming in. We managed to sell the house within 3 weeks of going on the market.
When we were looking for a property, Holly had a great understanding of what it was we were looking for and arranged some viewings very quickly for us. Unfortunately we did not find anything that suited us via Anthony Martin but that was due to there not being much that fit our criteria out on the market.
Both Holly and Amanda kept in touch and provided updates regularly and when we had questions or something was held up they were quick to chase up the relevant people for us. From sale to completion only took around 12 weeks.
We do not plan to move again, however I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of selling their house to do so with Holly & Amanda

We found Holly and Amanda extremely helpful during the sale of our house in Horton Kirby. We live in France and so were unable to visit the property regularly. During the cold weather, they turned off the water supply and checked all was well. They took meter readings for us. They did everything possible to speed up completion.

Amanda and Holly at Anthony Martin are one of the best estate agents in the town. Frankly they were not my estate agents but were agent of sellers down the chain.
Both Amanda and Holly are transparent, honest, efficient and skilled negotiators. My sale had nearly fallen through because of the seller's refusal to discuss and their arrogant estate agent who called the sale off without any consideration or discussion. It's shameful that such estate agents exists that can bring you to tears on your knees. However this power duo saved the day and salvaged the deal. It was just because of them that I was able to purchase my first home for which I am grateful to them.
Throughout the whole process, it was just this agent in the entire end to end chain who had kept track of transaction, followed up and even kept me upto date of everything that was happening.
My advice to future sellers, they are worth every penny if anyone needs to hire these two agents . I surely would in near future.

I have sold several properties in different areas over the last year and without a doubt these ladies were the best of all the other estate agents I have dealt with.
