Because my first sale fell through, I had call to deal with many estate agents and none of them came anywhere near the efficiency, genuine interest and professionalism of every member of staff I dealt with at Adamsons, who I chose after personal recommendation.
From the quality of photographs and realistic presentation of the property, through screening and negotiation with potential buyers, to the process of completion, every assistance was speedily offered and down to earth advice given at appropriate times.
Much work was involved and the fee was very fair, especially in light of the failed sale leading to double the work and staff time it caused - there was not a single slip up.

The solicitor that Adamsons recommended was very expensive.
When i queered the high amount i was told they have to pay Adamsons for sending me and they add this to customers bill. Bit tacky really.

Staff have no customer service attitude. Especially that woman who answers phone have no manners and is extremely rude. Enquired a property, was impossible to arrange viewing even if I told I can be flexible. They never called back about the viewing time. Felt they really aren't interested of selling the vendors property or are holding that for someone else. Sadly service that I received put me off viewing any properties that they are selling. Should remember the vendor is not your only customer also the person who purchase the property needs to be treated with respect.
