I worked with Tom Prince throughout the sale of my property. He was incredibly patient, friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
No task was to small and he was definitely the backbone of the entire process, chasing solicitors each step of the way and being my main communication throughout.
Not only this but his customer service skills are exceptional, working in a customer facing environment myself I couldn't fault his interpersonal skills what so ever! Brilliant asset to the team.

My experience with Ryder and Dutton Estate Agents has been extremely disappointing from the very start. I enquired about a property, and Instead of receiving prompt and professional service, I was immediately asked to provide proof of funds before even being allowed to book a viewing. This was quite unusual, but I complied and sent the requested information right away.
Despite my prompt response, I did not receive a call back. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called the branch again, only to be routed to a contact center where I was assured that a message would be passed along to the agent. Unfortunately, the promised follow-up never happened.
The next day, I tried to contact the branch again, but ended up speaking to the contact center once more. They left another message, but yet again, I received no response. This lack of communication and follow-through is completely unacceptable.
As a professional investor, I have dealt with many estate agents, but this level of poor service is unprecedented. Not only was I questioned about my funds before even seeing the property, but the agent also failed to follow through on arranging a viewing as promised.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by Ryder and Dutton and would not recommend them to anyone. Their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care have made this experience a complete waste of my time.

Sonia Hussain at Ryder and dutton has been great, she had been in good communication with me over the Christmas and New year break. She's proactive, listens and offers good solutions. She's reassured me that they are doing a job. They are passionate and they do get the job done. Keep up the good work.

Rang to enquire about a new local development via the developers, heard nothing, couldn't get hold of them. Several weeks later got a call from Ryder & Dutton in Rochdale, missed the call and returned the call to them explaining I was looking to enquire about a development. Awful attitude from the lady on the phone, (Lauren?) not helpful at all. "You do know you have to sell your property first" but the properties won't be built for 6 months!! All I wanted was a viewing. She didn't know if the developer would part-ex (but gave her opinion of probably not) despite insisting my current property be sold first, couldn't give me a date that I could have a viewing, would get back to me (maybe) at some undetermined date in the future. Said some of the plots were already sold (no idea how, can't even get hold of them). Tried arranging a visit with a financial advisor despite me already having finances in place, got shirty when I said that it had taken a long time to get back to me and that I didn't need these services. So unprofessional. Spoke to several other local developers who were very easy to deal with in complete contrast.

I can't thank Lauren enough for everything she has done for me , through what I can only describe as my first ever stress free move ! Throughout the whole process she was professional and prompt , ensuring all parties had the massive amounts of questions answered , it was an all round quality experience …. I will certainly be using Lauren and Ryder Dutton again for my future property needs … thank you again ????

Hi, this is the first time I've rented with Ryder and Dutton, an I just wanted to thank Samantha Whalen firstly for helping me in getting this house to rent an keeping me informed with every step of the whole process, forms to fill in etc she was very professional. I also want to give a Massive Thank you to Nicole O’Brien who has then taken this over and dealt with any issues in a prompt way, she is lovely to speak to and great customer service, she's always kept me informed and chased things up for me, nothing is too much trouble for her, so happy with her service and would highly recommend this company.

We just sold our house through Ryder and Dutton. Lauren Coomber was our lead sales advisor and she led from the front. Although the sale was a bit long-winded, though not through any of her fault, we got there in the end. She always kept us up-to-date with every step of the way. Even when she was busy she made it a point to get back to us. She was approachable, courteous, efficient and throughly professional. She was an all-around star.

Very good support provided by the whole team at Ryder and Dutton during the recent sale of my property.
In particular I would like to mention Nida Qayyum specifically. Nida’s highly professional, optimistic and endlessly cheerful nature was such an excellent support to me during what has at times been a challenging process due to people’s worries about mortgages, cost of living etc.
I would recommend Nida without reservation.
