From my very first phone to the agent (Steve ) I felt at home. Steve made the process easy and straight forward. Very very helpful and all questions and paper work was done on time.

Worked their from 9-6 for a whole month and half travelling 35 mins each way for journey and did not revive one penny in return scam artist and con artist stay very away unless you want to be robbed in broad day light some where along the line

Terrible service from this agent right from the beginning. Informed my property would sell quickly but after 5 weeks and an unimpressive amount of views, calls from the agent stopped after a viewing on a Saturday and coincidentally after I complained to the branch manager about the lack of speed in the sale process.
Manager then had one of the sales personnel call me to apologise and then all of a sudden, more viewings appeared out of nowhere. I ditched them that day and appointed a new agent
I quickly changed agent as I was incredibly disappointed with the service received from this so called large chain agent. Amateurs in my opinion. If you want to sell, use an agent who is honest with you.

Horrible experience with Regent Letting. They are not professional at all. Still waiting for my deposit after one month! They don't reply to the email promptly and I always have to call them. Yesterday Monica said to me on the phone The person who was dealing with my deposit (Tania) left the company and now is the manager davindra who is dealing with it and that I will have news today.
Today I called them and I wanted to speak with the manager but Monica said to me I can't speak with her and that she doesn't know what it is going wrong with my deposit!

I would like to commend a senior member of your staff, Ms Allison Steele. Allison was initially involved with the tenancy of my property in St George Wharf, and more recently with its sale. Throughout this period she has shown great enthusiasm and professionalism for her work and overcome various obstacles, particularly enabling the photographer for the internet adverts being able to gain access to the flat against a very reluctant tenant!
She has recently managed to sell the property within a few months of its release in a depressed London market where prices are likely to continue to fall. She ensured that I was kept advised of all offers and provided good advice at all times.
Having been a tenant with this lot for 5 years, the process to leave the flat has really taken the shine off what was a good few years. We were good tenants, only getting in touch with them twice, maybe three times for maintenance issues. Had a few visits from them to check the property, with no feedback, so one could assume that nothing was wrong? Otherwise what was the point of the visit? Charges on the checkout suggested otherwise.
2 full weeks after leaving the property, getting the checkout done (our expense, obvs,) and giving the keys back, I got in touch with them the enquire about the return of our deposit. This would be the start of 6 weeks of email tennis to try to recover our deposit. Admittedly, we did have a dispute with the landlord about some charges they placed on there (which we eventually got removed), but they were in no hurry or in the least concerned about getting this sorted in a timely manner (except for when the landlord was going on holiday, so could we hurry up and sort/agree to the charges; which we didn’t and they eventually dropped as they were bogus). Every step of the way to get this sorted was like pulling teeth.
I will avoid using them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Truuli was the estate agent assisting the seller’s of what is now our house. We were first time buyers and had just experienced a failed purchase not long before, so it’s fair to say we were quite disheartened when we started the process of buying a house again.
Our experience dealing with them was completely different from the other EA, though. Leigh and Michael were always prompt to respond all our questions and deal with our requests. We managed to complete the purchase within 2 months, which was perfect for everyone involved, and their efficiency was pivotal in getting the deal through quickly. It was always easy to schedule visits and they were always pleasant and courteous. Those guys really made this great, but stressing experience, so much easier for us! Whenever we decide to upscale there’s no doubt in my mind they’ll be the ones helping us!!!
The service offered by Michael and Leigh was very good and I was truly (no pun intended) impressed with the level of detail that they gave to my purchase and the level of their communication was excellent!!! Well done gentlemen keep up the hard work.
