I asked Jamie to value my house purely for divorce purposes, with no immediate plans to sell. Out of all the agents I contacted, Jamie was one of only two who actually had the decency to turn up, which really says a lot.
He was professional, respectful, and understanding of my situation, and I never felt pressured or treated like my time (or his) was being wasted. Although I’m not ready to sell right now, once my divorce is finalised I won’t hesitate to call Jamie to help me when the time comes.

Excellent estate agents. Ophelie knew what I needed and delivered. I felt, as a prospective tenant, that she had my best interests at heart while simultaneously maintaining the landlord’s best interests and making sure I was the best possible tenant for the landlord. She is warm, enthusiastic about her profession, a superb saleswoman, and you should consider yourself truly fortunate to get her as an agent. I have no intention to move from my new home any time soon but if I were ever in need of an estate agent, I would want it to be Ophelie Girard.

Arranged a viewing and had it confirmed by email and text. My daughter had delayed travelling to see her grandparents just so we could view the property together.
When we arrived at the property there was no one there from Neighbour. I had to phone the office, only to be told that the keys to the flat weren't available and therefore they couldn't let us in! I spoke to two members of staff, neither of whom apologised.

From the outset, our agent Jamie was remarkably proactive, generating viewings for our apartment where previously there had been almost none. Niven in depth valuation was super incredible and blew the competition out the water. They sold my house in Addiscombe within weeks of being on the market. Niven’s expertise and calm head really got this sale over the line especially when my buyer nearly pulled out due to the interest rates.
He stepped in and recommended a mortgage advisor that helped the buyer secure a mortgage. The service at Neighbour was excellent, a great company to work along side.

Best estate agents in the whole area by far. Unlike most big franchises, they have local market knowledge, are responsive and show personal accountability all the time.
