We would completely recommend Mark at Agents4u, every part of listing our house for sale was completed in a most professional manner, the photographs were amazing and you can see the difference this makes when comparing against other listings. Our property sold first day at full value something I feel we would not have achieved without Marks help. Mark is very knowledgeable in his field of work - he wasn’t afraid to give his advice on how to get the best price for our home, which is what we wanted. Including a realistic price. We listened to his advice & took the action that he advised - we then ended up with viewings coming out of our ears ???? To which almost everyone wanted to buy our home. Initially I panicked wondering who was I supposed to pick - but Mark took charge & negotiated so bloody wonderfully on our behalf meaning we got £15k over our original asking price! Originally i’d Looked at online estate agents, but went with Mark because of his hands on approach to helping to SELL our home & not just ‘list it’ - wow did it pay dividends! Following offer accepted - Mark was just brilliant at seeing the sale through from beginning to end making it as smooth as it could ever possibly have been. 5* service through and through. We have been absolutely delighted with Mark at Agents4U, and would recommend him to anyone coming to the market. He was confident that we would sell our house quickly and at a good price (which we did). The professional photographs were just amazing and ensured we had a steady stream of viewings. He was proactive when it came to viewers, assessing their position, advising them of ours, and sifting out those who were likely to waste our time. Mark kept us appraised throughout, and always seemed to be available (!) for advice or reassurance in between. One thing that struck us was the positive attitude that Mark maintained throughout the process, from initial consultation, to viewings, to offer.
