Royal Fox have sold 2 houses for us since May 2024. They arranged viewings within days and sold house number 1 in less than a week & house number 2 in 10 days. They kept us well informed about what was going on liaising with Solicitors and buyers for us.

When selling/buying a property I would look no further than the team at Royal Fox. Their focus, attention to detail and importantly communication at every step of the process was 2nd to none. If only other professionals involved in the buying selling chain were as good then this process would be less stressful for all concerned.

Absolutely 5 star service. The staff at Royal Fox are extremely proactive and supportive throughout the whole process. The valuation was absolutely spot on and achieved full asking price. Having dealt with other local estate agents they're head and shoulders above them all. particularly in terms of communication. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Royal Fox managed to sell my house in the middle of the lockdown, and managed everything in a professional and friendly manner. When it got frustrating near the end, due to the solicitors disagreeing with each other, Nigel stepped in and managed to bring the whole thing to completion .. not something I would normally expect from an estate agent .. so highly recommend from me

I came into contact with Royal Fox when buying a house in Northwich. I found them to be great agency. I was the buyer not even the seller, yet they made many phone calls to assist me with the purchase. I thought that they went above and beyond the call of duty. Otherwise, always polite and friendly.
