I wish i could give them 0 star biggest liar nd non professional ppl i ever seen we put an offer in house they was dealing with it we paid for the surveys nearly 1000 pound at end house owner pulled out from the offer. Waste our time nd money jlord promised us they woudnt put there house again for sale.after a week they put the house again on website because they only want their commission. 3 redesmere close timperley house please be careful i want to save ppl time money.bcz jlord making fool to ppl.

Absolutely hated our entire experience of potentially selling out our home with Reed Rains of Northwich. Right from the start of this process we were let down and misled We were told that they would do every viewing but omitted to tell us this does not include Sunday's. Customer care and consideration appalling. The only time we heard from Reed Rains was in relation to settling accounts. Be warned they do not tell you that you have to pay for a professional to do the pictures of your home. Well they do when they start sending you threatening demands. This Estate agent does not show any compassion or considoration for its clients.

I have recently dealt with the lettings department of Coulby Conduct and I found them to be incredibly unprofessional. They are rude and unco-operative. Their customer service levels are none existant. I have dealt with other letting agencies in Northwich and found several to offer a higher quality of service. I will never recommend Coulbys to anyone and I will never be using them again. I urge that no one uses this company.

The guys and gals from Royal Fox went above and beyond the call if duty when selling my dads house. An independent company which gave us the personal touch and would recommend them highly ????????

I am in the fortunate position of having had the pleasurable experience of dealing with Butters John Bee on numerous occasions over the past few years. I buy and sell properties for a living and have had a great experience in Northwich, largely down to the absolutely excellent service BJB have offered me. The fact that they are Professional, proactive and efficient goes without saying, I'm sure several Agents fit this criteria; Butters John Bee however, are in a different league. Their knowledge, skill, drive to find the right buyer in a swift and timely fashion is unrivalled. They have been absolutely spot on with their valuations time and time again, while other agents in the town seem to have a habit of purposely over valuing to win business. They know exactly what it takes to sell your house and are most capable of giving you the correct advice to maximise your price. Its now increasingly hard to believe that they in fact still offer some of the very cheapest fees in the area! I dealt with many of the other agents in Northwich and quite frankly if you do not use Butters John Bee you have made a costly mistake.

Unbelievably poor organisation, 30 minutes late for house viewing then agent arrives with the wrong key and all this after I'd told the agency I had a 5 week old baby with us. Very poor and would avoid in future.

Emma and team had been very helpful for the overall tenure and extendwd support within time. Very reasonable prices for the quality of service provided and flexible approach. Would strongly recommend iAgent, being a fair and transperant business.

My review relates to an incident of customer service of which I was left extremely disappointed, Emma was so lovely and bubbly just a shame others wernt the same, my friend has just rented a house on castle hooker street it was rented to her in rather dirty condition and unfinished jobs, she was told to get a cleaner and pass the bill on, fair enough I suppose, just would be nice to move in to your new Home and not have that hassle really. Prices seem very fair though but for the service I received and what I have seen i still wouldn't use them. This is of course my personal view and shouldn't be used for tarnishing a business as that is not the intention.
