We chose Hinchliffe, after consulting a number of agents, because their valuation was fair and realistic but also because Sam and the team were so incredibly respectful and sensitive to my parents needing to move for health reasons. At all times they acknowledged that it was a much loved home of 60yrs. Communication was extremely professional and proactive, often answering queries outside of office hours and even on days off. It was a difficult sale with a complex chain and they worked above and beyond to take away any stresses and protect my parents from unnecessary upset. They often stepped in to fill gaps by other professionals connected to the chain to help the process run as smoothly as possible. The team quickly felt almost like family and we cannot thank them enough for all they have done. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would use no one else in the future.

Update from today: I got contacted off Joshua Hinchliffe who was very helpful with getting us booked in to see 3 properties. Charlotte showed us round and was very lovely and was able to answer all of our questions. They definitely did go above and beyond after me feeling let down and I do appreciate that.
From earlier: I'm really disappointed as no one has got back to me about booking in some viewings. I have rang the office several times over the last 5 days and every time I am told they will get back to me but they haven't.

WOW! What a brilliant experience. From the very beginning when Josh Hinchcliffe said how they would market our house, the process of the sale and more importantly the process after an offer is received right through to completion and moving, every word came true.
Every stage is done professionally and efficiently but more so is tailored to you and really personable. Communication is quick and excellent, the normal frustration when moving is not knowing what is going on but I knew at all stages with Hinchcliffe, I had regular contact and I felt at ease contacting whenever I felt the need.
It helps that they operate 7 days a week, their accompanied visits make a huge difference and now at completion I can't thank the team allocated to me of Sam, Charlotte and Josh enough.
Before Hinchcliffe I tried a cheap prepaid agent and after offer it all went wrong with devastating consequences. Hinchcliffe came along and did everything properly and restored my faith in people. I have sold many times but their knowledge of the market and current trends was brilliant, its not a surprise why they have won so many awards.
I cannot recommend them enough, they are outstanding!

I’ve heard that moving home, is in the top three most stressful times in your life. Well, I have to disagree, there was no stress. But this is because, we chose Hinchcliffe Holmes in Northwich to sell our house and it was all plain sailing. From the beginning with Josh conducting the valuation, Stuart taking the photographs, through to Sam managing the viewings and Ola in the office, the whole experience was actually a pleasure.,

We chose Hincliffe Holmes because we liked the online reviews and they are a family run business.
Josh came to see us personally and made us feel very relaxed , listened to us and wanted to know about the history of the house.
He also recommended a local solicitor from the firm Chambers Fletcher who proved to be most efficient and completed all paperwork in time for completion 11 weeks later.
The valuation can only be described as accurate as it resulted in a close offer within 2 weeks of online marketing.
All viewings were managed by a lovely lady called Megan for whom nothing was too much trouble - we were happy to leave our house in her care.
Even my last visit to their Northwich office on completion morning to hand over the keys was a mixture of friendly banter and a little sadness.
Looking forward to more business in the future.

We chose Hinchliffe's because of Josh's enthusiasm and honesty and our belief that he would invest the necessary effort and energy to sell our house and we were not disappointed. Josh and Meg really got to know our house before showing viewers round and handled the viewings professionally and with minimal disruption to us. Then Josh and his team made the extremely stressful process from offer to completion as easy as it could be - constantly chasing up and down the chain and keeping us informed at all times. Josh and Sam persevered despite difficulties elsewhere in the chain and ensured the sale and purchase went through. I am sure that without their dogged determination the transaction would have been significantly delayed or would have fallen through. They also helped me retain some sanity and sense of humour through the process. Would highly recommend.

I am a solo first time buyer and Hinchliffe Holmes made the whole process comfortable and a lot less daunting than I anticipated. They communicated excellently between myself and the seller, and would always get back to my emails and voicemails.
Meg did my first viewing and had an excellent knowledge of the property and also provided me with local information as I am new to the area. She was really friendly and once again made me feel welcome and that I could ask any questions. A second viewing was also booked in really easily which allowed for me to take measurements for sofas etc and there was not a question of how long this took.
Hinchliffe Holmes also recommended a solicitor from Chambers Fletcher who worked alongside us to achieve the agreed sale date.
Would 100% recommended to anyone wanting to sell their property or buy a property listed with Hinchliffe.

Was keen to get my property listed at pace, and they happily worked at risk to get the photos etc sorted whilst the paperwork could catch up, which was much appreciated, and they got it sold within 10 days of listing. Really helpfully set up a Whatsapp group with the sales team to be able to keep each other updated without having to call the office, and Josh himself was always available for any concerns and questions along the way. Josh and Megan were always contactable through the WhatsApp group which we felt was important and although there have been hiccups along the way they have been very professional friendly and helpful throughout and unfailingly patient at times of concern. What really set them apart from other agents was the level of communication we received regarding our sale: simple things like setting up a WhatsApp group really made a difference! What can I say - we have had exceptional service from Josh with the purchase of our house. It has been a long drawn out process (thanks to solicitors!) but Josh has been so proactive and supportive. He escalated our case to ensure that we were getting the service expected from our solicitor and ensured that the house move went through as quickly as possible. I found Josh to be really friendly and approachable and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or concerns. In addition to all this Josh accommodated us at short notice so we could measure up for a new sofa - we didn’t even give him 24hours notice! Left a message on a property with the Northwich branch, not even the decency to call back. My wife had the same experience 4 times, not surprised some of the houses they are marketing are not selling. Very poor customer service, based in this experience I wouldn't sell my house with them and the house I was interested in has since dropped down our most wanted list based on the experience. Very poor all round.

It’s so easy to overlook a great estate agent in today’s market and often people think that an agent is just the same as every other. This just couldn’t be further from the truth! The Hinchliffe team are efficient, friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I got the impression that each and every home they sold meant so much to them and they had so much respect for all parties. Their eye for detail and opportunistic approach is like no other agent I’ve ever come across. Oh and let’s not forget that their marketing and photos setup is extremely impressive.
