It’s been a challenging process - nothing to do with Christian! - but Christian has been great throughout. He’s always there when you need him and super-responsive - even in the evening and at weekends when you don’t expect a response.Also has a great sense of humour, which is quite often needed when navigating the flawed UK housing market.He was realistic with his valuation, gave good advice, and chased the chain hard when it was needed. To give you context, I probably spoke with Christian at least once a week over the 13 months of our sale process. I spoke with the estate agent for our purchase probably 4 times in 7 months. The best agent I have ever worked with. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents in my life, and had generally come to the conclusion that there were no good ones. Lansley have changed that viewpoint. I contacted Lansley about a specific property while hunting for a new flat. While I was viewing it the staff member in question, Amy, was completely transparent with me about the slim likelihood that I would get the flat, and promised to call me to confirm either way, which she did. She also queried with me in that conversation what my parameters were for my flat hunt, which was quite specific (depending on what bills were included, my budget was quite different). Previous agents I\'ve worked with, even before the current property crisis, would take this information, and then send me properties to look at that were totally unsuitable and didn\'t fit my guidelines. When I didn\'t get the first property, Amy found me another one that was even better and informed me of it before it was even online so that I could view it the same day. That property didn\'t work out either, but I asked Amy if she could provide me with an explanation for why I didn\'t get it, and she did get that for me. The third time, Amy found me a property that once again was even higher quality than last time and fit my parameters perfectly. I took the property, and am writing this on my laptop while sat in it, delighted with the place. Once the wheels were in motion for me taking the place, I had quite a lot of queries and so was emailing the agent quite a lot, where another staffer, Barbara, was doing a lot of the query answering. Barbara, like Amy, was kind, knowledgeable, patient and prompt. I cannot say enough good things about Lansley. I\'m hoping to stay in this flat for a while, and whenever I do move, I hope to do it through Lansley, because I\'ve never had such a positive experience from an agent. (Source : allAgents)... I really enjoyed my experience with Lansley. Amy is very friendly and I felt very comfortable working with her. The flat itself is very charming, and fits within my budget\/needs. Once I decided I wanted to rent the pIace, it was a quick and efficient process from there. I sent all the relevant info to Barbara, and she followed up when something was missing. Communication was very quick and clear. Personally, I like to work based on how people treat me and I think Lansley treat people very well. Would like to work with them in the future... Read more
