Recently rented an accommodation through Hyde & Partners. On the day of occupancy there was some issue with paper work and documents. My wife was coming from abroad the day after. However, Daniel and Eric were nice enough to make necessary arrangements without any hassle. Also few things were agreed verbally , like sorting out repair work with cupboard and getting a washing machine installed. Eric got that sorted within 2 days of my occupancy . One thing I can say about them is that they care for their clients .
If you are a landlord please do not let these people run your property. If your an tenant please do not rent a property from these people. They are so rude and unprofessional. They do not care about you all they want is money. I had problems in the property I rented, they were never sorted this resulted in me having to move out with a 3month old baby. I couldn't live in the property while pregnant because of the state of it, I couldn't bring my new born home to there. They do not listen to builders when told what work needs to they just botch up jobs on the cheap. I was told I have a dirty house and to make sure I clean it!!! Some of the staff are rude and vile and seemed to like intimating young women who had just given birth and insulting my home. And then lies about it. A member of the team rang up my fiancée apologising if he upset me but then OUT OF OFFICE HOURS sent my fiancée an email saying that everything I said had happened was lies, and making me out to be a liar. Says one thing on the phone then sly sending emails. When moved out after I signed the check out inventory, the agents refused to sign our copy(funny when they are ok to sign the check in one) the reason they wouldn't sign it is because they wanted to change it when I had left the property, they added on things that was wrong with the house and sent it to the dps when we disrupted our deposit. This is FRAUD! REPEAT ADDED THINGS ON TO THE INVENTORY WHEN BACK AT THE OFFICE. I left the property in PERECT condition, they couldn't find a fault so they made faults up. Please do not get a property from these people I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer like we did. Especially if you have children please don't. I had months and months of extra expense, worry and upset. Don't put yourself through it find another agency. I rented the property for two years and never ever had any problems with management visits it's just when things needed doing to the house that the agency started to get sneaky. Also I quite rightly got my deposit back, the dps saw straight threw this agency I am forever thankful to them.
A friendly family run business , we bought a house through them , both Deborah and Philip were always available to answer any questions and organised a local surveyer at a very competitive rate and pushed our sale through even though it was the last day before Christmas break. Certainly will use them again. Thanks Zaf
Falsely advertised a house as a 4 bed when in fact it was a 3. Did not tell us before spending £800. Wouldn't ever buy anything with them
So I'm doing this on behalf of my parents, they sold there property in shaw and relocated to the Midlands with the help of Michaela. I must stress how easy it was with her help, any question I asked my parents she soon called all relevant people and got back to my parents within the hour, nothing like I experienced on the other side with the sellers brokers.
I would recommend anyone buying or selling with Ryder and Dutton to ask for Michaela especially if you want a stress free experience.

We have just finalised our move which involved a very complicated process. Dave has been with us every step of the way. Our house sold in less than 18 hours, through great marketing and knowledge of the market. We identified a house to buy, unfortunately it wasn't available. A month later, Dave contacted us as a priority about the house coming to market and he organised a deal which involved numerous elements. It wasn't a straight forward transaction but Dave was there at all times. We could speak to him whenever we wanted and he was always informing us of the next step. He even provided us with some spare boxes he had to help move. Couldn't have asked for me. A great service, without him we wouldn't have been in the position we are and now living in our family home. Good website on the easy to navigate. The information loaded quite well and was not too slow. It is a smaller company and hence the details and other information takes some navigating.
