Want to say a huge thank you to Michelle, Jay and the team at Kirkhams. Really professional couldn't have been more helpful in pushing our sale through even to the point of recommending removals which were also fantastic, Howes & Son Removals in Saddleworth. Couldn't have done it without them so glad we sold with them.

Honestly, I cannot thank the team at Kirkham’s Chadderton enough. Their service was incredible from start to finish. They made the entire rental process completely stress-free and managed everything perfectly.
This is my first rental property, so I was very unsure about the process and how everything worked. Ashleigh and Jay made everything super simple, seamless, and stress-free. Thanks to them, I found the perfect home for me and my son to start our new chapter.
Everything was handled by the whole team with great efficiency and care. I would 1000% recommend this company and their AMAZING team!

My partner and I put an offer in on a property advised by Kirkham property last month, we offered the asking price and the offer was accepted and we were told it will be sale dependant due to my partner needing to sell his house. The property remained on the market and we were told by Sue Needham that we will be informed if the property received any other offers.
We have since looked on Rightmove and noticed the property is now sold STC. We were never told of this and are extremely disappointed with the poor communication and service by Sue representing Kirkham property.
We have since further enquired to view another property, my partner spoke to Sue Needham and she informed him that she needs to speak to the seller as they are living in the house so she will ring him back with availability. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS CALL BACK.
