From start to finish our experience of Kirkhams has been amazing !! I asked 3 estate agents to visit my home when we decided to sell and within a few minutes of Jay being with us it was clear that Kirkhams knew what they were talking about . Discussions included the sale value obviously but also factors like the condition of the property and what was in the surrounding area . Jay was a pleasure to deal with and before he had left the property the photographer and details within the advertise had been agreed. Once on the market our property sold very quickly but that wasn’t the end of the interactions with Kirkhams , When our sale had been agreed Michelle took control of the Sale but also gave us lots of valuable advice relating to our purchase - even though it was not a property they were selling. Michelle and the team at Kirkhams were constantly communicating with our buyer and made sure we had regular updates and our buyer was also kept in the loop ensuring that nothing was left to chance. I would highly recommend using Kirkhams and wouldn’t hesitate in using Kirkhams again . My advice to anyone considering putting the property on the market is to use Kirkhams.
