After two years of property hell we chose Kirkham Property to sell our house. At first we used another agent whose terms seemed slightly better initially. Quick offer, accepted, then the buyer pulled out at Christmas. We then did some renovations and in summer invited Jay to return and revalue. He is such a great first contact with the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us sell the house. It was on the agents website very quickly.
The agent handled the viewings, and in June we received an offer. Today is 6th September and we completed yesterday.
The agents have been so professional throughout. Minimum communication but available to help whenever I needed them. I’ve not had to go to the office so can’t comment. I’m not the easiest of people to deal with and give 5 stars to Sue Needham and her team.
