Founded in Surrey Quays and the Isle of Dogs over 30 years ago, when many parts of Canary Wharf, Docklands, East and South East London were derelict wastelands. Alex Neil are an established sales and lettings Estate Agent integral to the ever-changing local property landscape.

We have used their services for our recent apartment in Bermondsey. The property management is fairly responsive and courteous. For example, they sent a plumber within a couple of days of informing them about a problem with our boiler. Props to the Property Management, for making my tenancy fairly smooth.

I phoned jack at 8 o clock in the morning looking for a studio property.
By 12 o clock we viewed the property
By 1 o clock jack used his negotiation skills to have my offer accepted by the landlord
By 4 o clock the holding deposit was paid

I have honestly never had such fast and positive service.

Jack was absolutely amazing in finding us a property.
I am so delighted to have phoned Alex Neil when I did.
We struggled for 2 or 3 weeks with various estate agents. We visited properties that was nothing like what was in our search criteria.
We explained to jack we needed a 2 bedroom property with a separate kitchen, a garden and wooden flooring. Everything was perfect with the property that jack found.
