Just to add super unhelpful. The rental management that we used after was awful. We eventually exchanged numbers with tenants because the intermediary person just “passed the note on” and did absolutely nothing. Let me give you some examples:
- We had to spend hours explain to the tenants how to establish water, utility payment etc. Alex Neil was paid to do this but shirked off responsibility to us.
- We found the engineer and agreed to pay for the wash machine repair and just asked the Alex Neil person to book the appointment. We were told to do it ourselves and talk to the tenants to book it. So what are we paying for again?
- The list goes on for the last whole year with building heating checks, pipe leak checks, mending work …etc
- Then we were NOT informed that Alex Neil will terminate rental business at all. We had to ask and find out so we have to last min find Dexter to take over. Lucky Dexter was very quick, otherwise we would have lost weeks of rental income.

Came in today to speak with someone regarding purchasing a property. Was met with a rude dismissive lady. Despite us showing interest in the current market, she did not show us any properties, discuss budgets or provide any helpful information. Seemed very eager for us to leave without our business. Do not recommend using these agents their attitude is appalling.

Made all the right noises but ultimately didn't deliver.
I gave them my property to sell. In 8 weeks received no proactive feedback. No updates on viewing or, feedback.
Didn't even respond to messages in a timely manner.
Stay clear.

Alex Neil were very helpful throughout our purchase. Gary was always available to grant us access to the property with a cheerful and friendly attitude. The office team was prompt in taking our calls and went the extra mile whenever anything needed chasing.

has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable.
