James was extremely helpful from day one, with a good, very competitive commission rate amd a vigorous approach to marketing our house. We had viewings every weekend for months, when our previous agent hadn’t got us ANY (!), and soon we had a couple of offers. Any problems we encountered were via other people - painfully slow solicitors, stamp duty window mayhem, etc. - and James remained positive throughout, encouraging us and making all the right calls to those who were slowing the chain down. You will receive energetic, modern, knowledgeable attention. I have no qualms about recommending him.

Not your average estate agents by any means. Alexder James estate agents managed to find me a lodger that fitted my personal preferences in a short time frame. Unlike typical estate agents, the team at Alexander James constantly keep you in the loop (and do not unecissarily bother you either). Great team and would definitely recommend.
