21st Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

21st Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)I worked with Mark Waldron on our sale and purchase through Knight Frank in Sevenoaks and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Through the process I’ve interacted with a few agency’s around the town and honest he’s head and shoulders above the rest - knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and friendly. The KF machine runs really efficiently and I’m certainly a happy customer.

Hector went above and beyond by chasing solicitors constantly, just to make our lives easier. We completed on schedule and are now very happy in our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Freeman Forman and specifically, Hector, to anyone looking to purchase/sell a home.
9th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)What can we say these guys are phenomenal. Steven as the manager with Matt and Jack as his senior negotiators absolutely brilliant. Jack took our property on (following a horrific experience with another local agent, beware) and from the get go, kept us updated, chased everything almost daily, had the tough conversations where needed but all the way through we felt it was under control, Matt and Steven stepped in when needed again doing a great job. These guys are worth every penny of the fee and I don’t begrudge any of it. I found the two agents Katy and Lauren who were my contacts in the property I purchased, accessible, very communicative and took initiative when I needed it the most. I would highly recommend them.

I didnt hear anything from them after the sale, I felt the transaction was incomplete, no manners or follow up email or call. Maybe this is the way agents work, first time I sold a house.

9th Jan 2025 (17 days ago)Zac and Damian were a pleasure to work with. Unlike a previous experience with a high street agent their attention to detail during the marketing process was faultless. During a difficult period for the housing market they furnished us with 4 genuine offers and although 2 fell through ( buyers change of circumstances) Maison handled the negotiations with transparency and integrity in all cases. Essentially there are no surprises with these guys which is exactly what you want but difficult to find in today's market. Very highly recommended.
