Lydia was exceptional in pushing the buyers' solicitors of the flat we were selling, despite them being particularly challenging, and managing all the communications with the chain. She was instrumental in getting the sale and purchase across the line and we owe her a debt of gratitude!

They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.
