26th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)I have rented properties for the last 6 years and honestly have never had such a bad experience. From the moment we moved in we have just had problem after problem. When we first moved in we listed all the issues within the property, sent them to Robert Leech and only a couple of the issues were dealt with. We then had a issue with mice in the property, and because robert leech appointed pest control without telling the landlord, the landlord then refused to speak with robert leech. The pest control man had been at the property before with a mice issue so it was obviously a ongoing issue. Then over the Summer, a bees nest formed right outside our window. We contacted robert leech by phone and email and we just never got anywhere emails ignored, told we would be called back never called back. After over a month without contact Bees were now entering the property, I emailed saying if my daughter gets stung I will raise a complaint. Another 2 weeks passed with no contact at all, my daughter got stung. STILL no action was taken the bees nest is still there to this day. I raised a complaint and was told my complaint would be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded within 14 working days. STILL nothing, no response to my complaint, no action taken to resolve the bees nest. Then when our contract was up and we could finally move out we had aggressive rude staff members talking to us with aggression, no apology for not dealing with the issues we have raised. Glad to be out and will never deal with this estate agents ever again, the lack of communication was horrendous.

They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

Despite the physical distance, they were flawless communicators and made every step seamless. Highly recommended for anyone.

Constantly keeping me updated and informed throughout the entire process. Purchasing your first home is a very daunting as you don’t know how everything works but Cailean made everything a lots less stressful for me. A special mention to Emily, Kathy and Lauren , they were professional, proactive supportive and kept us informed . Nothing was too much trouble . Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we achieved a successful sale despite an challenging market .

Stuart helping me to see where I was going wrong with the current market, to Henry and Rachel being fantastic with arranging viewings, George always on hand in the office to answer questions and the lovely Lucy dealing with everything after sale, including my meltdown! I was initially on with another agent but had not had a single viewing in 4 weeks. A friend recommended the guys at platform, so I decided to change and they did not disappoint. I had 3 offers in one day! Amazing team effort, incredible communication and fantastic support and advice throughout the whole experience. I didnt hear anything from them after the sale, I felt the transaction was incomplete, no manners or follow up email or call. Maybe this is the way agents work, first time I sold a house.

8th Jan 2026 (29 days ago)I feel compelled to take time away from wading through unpacking boxes (we completed on our sale and purchase only 2 days ago) to write about the amazing experience I've had with Greenaway Residential in East Grinstead. Crucially, Michael and Carlos have not only worked tirelessly to achieve a sale but their communication has been second to none, and furthermore, they take time to build a genuine relationship with their clients. Michael even came round at 7pm on the night before we moved to collect a door key for the new vendors to save me having to drive to them on completion day. If you're looking for an Estate Agency who cares, who have your best interests at heart, and one that doesn't charge you through the nose to do an awesome job, then Greenaway are the ones for you.
