No comparable evidence to back up the valuation. Was late... Looked too messy and gave useless advice like... Get rid of the net curtains... It was my father in law's property and I don't want people to see an empty house... So won't be using these

Kate Gilham was the best estate agent i have ever dealt with, she was always professional,
And with a very caring and helpful attitude. Often she went the extra mile for us even doing the
Jobs of other estate agents and communicating with solicitors to keep everything moving.
