Very happy with Allan Morris Estate Agent in Upton Severn, they were local agents to the property and this proved to be the key. We had five offers within the week

Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. We dealt with Kate and Vicki predominantly and would recommend the service they gave.
We chose Allan Morris after getting other valuations/quotes because Kate’s took time to explain everything including how she had valued the property.
Vicki spend a lot of time dealing with our sale and we appreciate all she did.

Stephen Peace was happy to keep reducing the price of our house in order to sell it. Unfortunately, we could not afford for him to do that so we changed agents to one with a more proactive approach.
