Vicki Taylor, Christian and the Malvern team handled the sale of our lovely barn which completed today ??????.
Although we sold to the first couple who viewed, It’s been a long and difficult sale due to multiple chain collapses. Despite setbacks and having to deliver difficult news, Vicki stayed positive, proactive and committed to getting the barn sold and completed.
We would ?????? recommend the Allan Morris team. They have been approachable, warm, efficient and conducted our property sale in an open and ethical way.

We recently purchased our home through Allan Morris Estate Agents, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lee Auckland, who was our assigned agent, was nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire process.
Lee kept us updated at every stage, reported everything promptly, and always provided us with the best possible advice and options. Even when some unforeseen delays arose, Lee helped us manage the situation professionally and made the whole process far less stressful.

I recently sold my property through Allan Morris. It was a potentially trickly property to sell, as it had a flying freehold to navigate. From first contact to completion the process took a little over 3 months - this with a chain of 9! Vicki Taylor dealt with my sale and went above and beyond to ensure that things kept moving. She applied pressure up and down the chain when it was called for and it was in no small part down to her that we all got over the line so quickly. She kept me in the loop and was truly proactive. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Allan Morris to others looking to sell.

Kate is extremely professional, friendly, supportive and a genuine pleasure to work with. Kate helped me so much when I purchased and sold a property via Allan Morris. She was always available to talk when needed, and she provided regular updates. Kate is by far one of the best estates agents I have worked with. If you want to buy or sell a property, Kate is the go to person - she gets the job done and goes above and beyond for her clients.
