I recently sold my house in Malvern. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from the Alan Morris team. The professionalism shown, particularly by Victoria Nugent, was exceptional. Also, the calm, friendly advice I received from Vicki Taylor did much to ease the the process and relieve the stress. Vicki kept us well informed and made sure that our wishes were well communicated. For that my wife and I are extremely grateful. Indeed, whenever I called or paid a visit I was struck the friendliness and efficiency of the whole team. Impressive.

A Special Shoutout to Lee! ?While the whole team is great, Lee truly went above and beyond. Selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but Lee made it feel like a breeze. What really stood out was his exceptional communication. The proactive updates: I never had to chase for information; Lee was always one step ahead, keeping me informed at every single milestone. His accessibility: Whether it was a quick question or a more complex concern, he was always available and incredibly responsive, either via email or phone call. He also took into account the best time to ring me (due to me teaching lessons!). He gave loads of advice with guidance and clarity, which gave me immense confidence throughout the negotiations.
