* in response* I did not ask for a video tour, I asked for a virtual viewing. I was offered a video tour and given the impression the agent would keep me updated. Which she failed to do. Not everyone is able to attend in person even though the guidelines say it is an acceptable risk.
Called about a property on the day it went on the market and asked some basic questions and to arrange a virtual viewing, was told a virtual viewing was being made that week and is get a call/email when it was up. Waited to hear from them, they never got in touch, called back to be told the vendor had offers on the property and viewings were now closed. I would think twice before contacting them again and would be put off a house if I saw them as the agent.... Read more
