What a refreshing change to deal with an estate agency that is all about a professional bespoke service for its clients.
Nothing was too much trouble for their associate, Lee Kloos, who delivered a fantastic service from beginning to end. An in depth knowledge, not only of Worcester, but Battenhall and St Peter’s in particular was clearly beneficial.
Would not hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommended.

We recently purchased a house in Worcester listed with Jones & Associates, and had a really positive experience thanks to Lee Kloos. Lee really helped what ended up being a fairly stressful process (our buyers pulled out late on) but Lee took plenty of time to keep communication going, was straightforward and helpful, and it felt like everyone knew where they stood at all times.
Hopefully not moving anytime soon as we love our new house, but if we do we'll know who to call!

Just to say how pleased we have been with Lee Kloos and all her help and expertise selling our house in Battenhall, Worcester. She arranged visits efficiently, gave us sound advice on how to present the property and supported any queries we had with the whole process of completing the sale. She helped us throughout in an excellent way as if we were her totally individual customers. The speed of sale and the price achieved were we are sure down to her efforts on our behalf. We would recommend her services to anyone wanting to to brave selling their house especially in the present climate of house purchase.

Jason and his team have been absolutely outstanding selling the house. They have been completely professional at all times, kept us informed on viewings, potential buyers and any issues that we needed to know about. Also, they have also been compassionate, friendly and understanding in difficult circumstances. Literally 4 months from when the house went on the market to the new owners moving in. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Associate Lee Kloos sold my house in Malvern, and throughout the process she was perfect - enthusiastic, knowledgeable, diligent, reliable, unflappable: everything we wanted.
