When the time came to sell my Broadway property Jones and Associates were recommended to me. Charlie Carroll from J&A was appointed to lead my sale and as a Broadway resident he had a very good understanding of the local market. He arranged for the photographs to taken and the necessary paperwork associated with selling to be completed. He consulted with me on choice of pictures and property description for the brochure and internet listing. He also took me through the terms & conditions, agreed a sales commission and importantly a market value. The process couldn’t have been easier. Charlie kept in touch throughout the marketing process offering advice, feedback from viewings, carrying out viewings on my behalf and his expert perception of the current market position. In a fairly short space of time an offer on the property was made and with Charlie’s expert advice and negotiation skills an agreed sale price was accepted by me. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail from this estate agent. A local rental listing has been copied almost word-for-word from when the property was previously marketed for sale, including references to "buyers" and "freehold," which are irrelevant to a rental. This suggests a lack of due diligence, particularly for an agency that promotes itself as offering a "bespoke" service. If they are unwilling to update basic property details, it raises concerns about the level of care they provide to both landlords and tenants.
Review rating increased and amended to reflect proactive changes made by the estate agent to rectify their error.

Nothing was too much trouble for their associate, Lee Kloos, who delivered a fantastic service from beginning to end. An in depth knowledge, not only of Worcester, but Battenhall and St Peter’s in particular was clearly beneficial.

Elsa supported me through my first house sale/move. Having gone through a terribly bad personal situation and suddenly needing to do this on my own she provided Unbelievable support and advice. Her approach mirrored my own thoughts about how to sell my house as a home and not just bricks and mortar. Through every stage she was fantastic. Many a hour spent discussing everything possible and was never to busy to answer a question. In fact through this she has become a friend and someone I still stay in touch with for everything from how our kids are doing to how my garden is looking.

Going into a buying my first property was a really daunting experience, especially as I didn’t really know anything about buying a house let alone mortgages... but Jason made the experience of buying enjoyable and most importantly exciting!
