25th Nov 2025 (18 days ago)I first chose Philip Laney & Jolly (PL &J) as an exclusive Agent to sell my property in Worcester this year because I've found James a trustworthy gentleman when I first met with him to discuss about my property; plus, I've also read many positive online reviews about PL&J. I am glad to share with all that PL & J is every bit as good as people have claimed. My property was sold (subject to contract) in just a few weeks after Marketing efforts and because the deal was linked to a Property Chain, Mel and James had to deal and follow up on multiple matters in the course of the next few months. Now I must make clear that I don't reside in the UK and all liaisons after the initial face-to-face meeting were done largely by email and/or WhatsApp. Being aboard and a demanding person by nature, I approached James and Mel quite frequently to keep myself abreasted with the latest development. And without failure, James or Mel would ALWAYS reply to me within ONE working day, offering updates and advices as and when necessary. They were always attentive, swift, professional, customer centric and took away the stress that could come from managing a property sale from overseas. It has been a pleasure to deal with them and I've paid the Agent fee with gratitude and a smile on my face because of the services I have received. James, Mel, it has been a pleasure to do business with you and I sincerely hope our path will cross in future. Best wishes and keep up the excellent work!

9th Dec 2025 (4 days ago)Very poor service. Asked for a viewing on property and for a valuation on our house. Had a phone call with appointment to the get a call 30 mins layer to cancel and say it was sold (who knows, we may have offered more). Bomford & Coffey did not even bother to come and value our property. Also emailed them and no response. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with them.

4th Jul 2025 (23 weeks ago)Even through we didn't manage to sell with cornerstone, they did manage to get us a few viewings even in this hard market. I did find it a bit challenging to get any information from them as they never kept in contact for updates, we had to chase them up each time.

Messaging Scott and Jenny helped enormously through the at times difficult process of getting information from the vendors, and even after we moved in they were still helpful in trying to find out details we needed. Their "offers" to viewings ratio for my property were excellent and they found a buyer who would complete within an agreed timeframe. Having moved from Evesham some while ago they provided much needed support by arranging urgent fencing work following storm damage.
