17th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Leo the Branch Manager was fabulous. He maintained contact, fouup all communication and feedback and always arryon time for viewings. Can’t fault the service at all, highly recommended. Service and communication stood out way higher than previous agents in Evesham that we tried to sell with.

Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

Particular praise goes to Gemma Hutton who went above and beyond from the outset. She was invaluable when chasing various parties when our exchange hit several roadblocks further up the chain. Gemma kept us regularly fully informed and worked tirelessly to help secure our exchange. Her dedication and highly personable personality made what was a stressful situation (through no fault of Knight Frank) much more palatable. A huge thank you to Gemma and the Knight Frank team.

20th Sep 2024 (19 days ago)I found the service given by Savills with particular reference to Kay, exceptional, very professional and thorough under difficult circumstances. The vendors kept moving the completion date due to an onward purchase but Kay kept up the pressure and we eventually crossed the line a couple of weeks ago. Great service.

He quickly arranged for our house to be marketed to allow us to be in a position to put offers in on other properties. The brochure and photos combined really helped upsell our house. Chris is very good at communicating and kept the pressure on the solicitors. I would highly recommend Chris at Powells to anyone looking to sell their property! 1st May 2024 (23 weeks ago)I try to keep an eye out for properties that are empty and vulnerable close to my house but sadly am instead treated like I'm being nosy. Shame as I used to work st Connells. Also so many rented properties are not being maintained and are dragging areas down.

7th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)After traveling to view a property at the Arranged time, we got there to find we had been forgotten about. Rang the office and told "someone forgot to write it in the book". This really was poor service. An hours journey wasted and my wife had to take time off the end of her shift to make the appointment that leaders offered us.
