I do not live in the area and am 1 hours drive away, I was viewing houses in the same street, Fairways, as one they have on the market, as I was going to be there I asked if I could view, having an offer from a first time buyer on my own. They came back and said NO, but they could fit me in FIVE days later - Glad they are not my agent.. Shameful.

Was a tenant in a cottage for a landlady that I knew well. By all accounts (tenant and landlady) the service provided by Bomford and Coffey is appalling.

The staff (although one woman in particular called Sam) are rude and standoffish on the phone. They were totally inconsiderate of the fact that both myself and the landlady work, calling at odd hours and then arranging viewings for the property without even obtaining a key!

When I moved in the itinerary was a photocopy of the previous one and near as I can tell no attention was paid to it this time either. Poor show. Several false claims were to the landlady about the state of the property after inspection.

Appalling. Would not recommend to a tenant or a renter. No idea how they behave for purchasers.

Warm, grounded, professional, helpful and accomodating..

I popped in after seeing a property that caught my eye and found an open and warm reception which is rare in lettings.

Missing his lunch break one of the partners offered to walk me to the property there and then and was upfront and honest about the property understanding and accommodating about my needs.

A traditional and personable service fills me with confidence and trust that any property let by this group is going to be with a reputable landlord/lady and you will be looked after during and after the prodedures and tenancy.

I highly recommend
