We would thoroughly recommend Allan Morris Malvern. Meeting Richard at the first viewing of our house he was so informative so helpful & let us have as much time as we needed to make our decision.
Ongoing we dealt with Rachael who was brilliant. Always kept us upto date with progress throughout. It was not an easy sale but Rachael was very understanding & kept a calm reassurance when we were losing it! She helped with local knowledge as the area was new to us & recommended very good tradesmen.

A muddle over an appointment for a valuation meant that I had a wasted morning and Allan Morris missed out on the chance to handle the sale of a property. But the director of AM seemed genuinely concerned to understand what had gone wrong and hopefully prevent it happening again. Things do go wrong sometimes, and being willing to explore and rectify problems is worth a lot in any organisation.
