Allan Morris is a well established and respected agency We have grown over three decades to be part of the largest group of estate agents in the county, with eleven strategically placed offices throughout Worcestershire and Mayfair Office London. The company has expanded into key locations and now benefits from a network of offices across the county. Very unhelpful when I called about a property that was not SSTC or at that point had an offer accepted by the vendor. I certainly won’t be using them if that’s how they deal with potential buyers. A property is never unavailable until the money is in the sellers account.

Allan Morris – Spiteful & Bitter staff with no real desire to help – unprofessional

The first house we viewed we were not proceedable. They actively encouraged us to put in an offer, only to be told 'we were never in the running'. We wrote a letter to them to be told 'tough, that is the way they work!'
The next property we viewed was on Cardinal Drive. We won this bid. We waited a month, our solicitor had heard nothing from the other side. We found out that the couple who owns the property had put it on the market 3 times in 6 years! We pulled out. This was Feb 20.

In May 20 we called about a house on Merganser Way, was told that there were available slots to view this property for Sat, Sun & Mon. He took my details & said “Are you the ones who were buying Cardinal Drive?” Once he knew that yes we were his attitude towards me changed, their was no longer availability to view this house & refused to be helpful to the point of being aggressive & confrontational over the phone.

They are bitter because we did not buy a bungalow with them 3 months ago!!
