We have used Allan Morris for two purchases and one sale. The most recent purchase being quite complex. Yet Allan Morris managed everything impeccably, keeping us informed of developments at every stage and making the process far less stressful than it could have been. Without their transparent, proactive approach and ability to overcome hurdles and problem solve, I genuinely suspect our purchase would have fallen through.

Having originally relocated from outside of the area, their market knowledge and local advice has been second to none. They are the only estate agent I have come across where I can say, hand on heart, that every member of their team is competent, knowledgeable and totally reliable.

They have been very generous with their knowledge, advice and time and on a personal level, a pleasure to deal with.

If you are looking for a professional, dependable estate agent that you can have full confidence in, you need look no further.

Polite but not doing much to shift my property or proactively take measures to enhance the selling time and communicating it to me. Then apparently this is fair to be tied up for 20 weeks with them.
