I recently used the services from home2u for buying a leasehold flat with a sitting tenant in Catford. The Sales and Lettings department were so helpful in giving me the right information and helped me to evict the tenant. The whole sale process went through smoothly and now after re-refurbishment we have decided to use home2u again for selling. Thanks Neel and Darren for all your help and I will be recommending your services to my friends and family definitely.

I've been a tenant with dinsdales for over 16 months,If you want to rent house/flat from them think twice.When you move out forget about your deposit.They will make sure you will have to forfeit your deposit by telling you that the house is in bad condition even though it's not..They do not agree with definition "sign of wear".They expect that the tenant will leave the property in perfect unused condition and make sure you will hire cleaning company to clean whole house.I do not recommend this Estates Agent at all.

I would like to thank Alex Widdup for all the help, support and advice that he gave me on purchasing a property in Bingley. I sent an email request to look at a property back in September and he has been constant contact, keeping to his word with call backs and chasing up issues. I liked the personal touch that Alex gave and that he didn't ever treat me like another customer.
Alex had a very positive attitude and also went the extra mile to make sure things were done on time and efficiently. Linda in Bingley was lovely and also provided excellent service.
I am renting through a famous estate agents in Leeds and they are nothing compared to the service I received.

My partner rented from here and the service was shocking charged for everything no matter how small and the could never get the landlord to fix anything properly he would do it as cheap as possible and Bridgfords would never help getting in contact with him and when ringing up even early u can never get through to them takes ages all in all will never go with them again
I have dealt with Nicola Blackburn many times over the last few years with regards to letting properties and have always found her professional, efficient, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

They have got 1 because 0 isn't possible. My impression of Anne Marie is that she is extremely unprofessional. We were dealing with a repossessed property so of course people will bid and you will bid etc but anyway my offer was accepted last week and we were told that we would get a call back if there was a higher bid. Guess what?? My Mrs rings them to inform them that we have changed solicitors and then they tell us that there are not one but now several higher offers than ours. What?? And when were you going to tell us?? Dreadful!!
I called again today to withdraw my offer and told Amanda that I was going to write something on Google and that i wasn't impressed with the service, and it seemed like she tried making it out that because someone bids higher than the potential buyer like myself then we write a bad comment. Unbelievable and Amanda is apparently the manager of this place! I explained "No Amanda! My offer was accepted last Thursday and I wanted to speak to you the day before when you was holiday/ training. I wanted to tell you then how bad the experience was but I gave it one last shot!" Now the greedy beggars wanted us to make another "highest offer", I thought that was last week wasn't it??!
Utter shambles! Extremely crytic! One minute they say it is "cash only" (not that I wanted a mortgage, mine was cash) then were keeping quiet what type of offer it was and how much the offer was for.
Honestly I probably could have increased my offer by another say £9,000 but I have no confidence in these guys anymore. I hope I don't bump into these guys again in my search for a house.
Honestly guys, be aware, I am not saying don't use them, that's upto you, but be VERY cautious, especially with repossessed properties and these guys - the communication was very poor. Don't be fooled by Anne Marie or anyone else.

Having dealt with Cleckheaton branch of Reid Rains for the past 4 years or so I can recommend them whole heartedly. Mollie has been a treasure, always passing on information when available and understanding when I wasn’t able to return information when required.
Iv never know such incompetence its been months of issues and cost to myself. Who would have thourght it a fire safety manager of Leicestershire fire service renting out an apartment with fire safety issues and reeds rains couldnt care less so long as they get their money. I still have a window that doesnt open and electrics i cant trust. Not to mention the black mould in the kitchen. Its discusting if i treated one of my customers like this id soon loose alot of money but these people think they are indestructible.
Reeds rains are con artists take your money and do nothing to maintain the property.
They then threaten you or ignore you until you go away or move out.
Don't rent with they are disgracefully disgusting people and have no idea what customer service means.
My landlord is hiding behind them and they let him.
Don't stand by and let this happen to you think twice before you deal with these con artists.

So your aware aswell since they sort of responded to my review months ago thay still have not done anything about any of the issues in my apartment.

It doesn't stop there 14 months in and they have been found out in lies to the council of when i left. Falsely claiming for faulty fire alarm call outs. And now trying to claim for rent when i have an email stating my tenancy needed 3 months prior. Katie hutchinson lauren and emma curtin you all aught to be ashamed of yourselves. I hope this goes to court because you have yet to prove anything because you have been caught out in that many lies. You utter scum.
Viewed over 3 flats with them In the same building on different occasions and then rejected them but Biscayne never gave up on me and made sure to help me find the perfect flat In the same building as I've always wanted to move there. Ever so patient and fullfilled my every requirement. Easy application process and lovely staff, always happy to help.
Stay away! if you want to be abused because your claiming housing benefit then go and speak to Heather she will know how to make you feel worthless! I'm sorry if I need the councils help but I'm struggling at the moment and don't need you to rub it in!
