Moving in was easy when I found a property located at 26 Sunbridge Road. Ameen was flexible and moved quickly. However the disappointing part is that many facts were not as promised. I was told that first 6 months would be fixed contact and then can switch to monthly. However at the end of 5th month the landlord told that I can keep extending only in terms of 6 months. Also there is no intercom facility, no separate electricity meter and the charges are decided by landlords on which we don't have any control. At the end of tenancy, they repaint all walls from the deposit. I was never explained about any of these before signing contract. Better to avoid such properties.... Read more

I would start with my agent (Daniel) who is brilliant , I'm really particular about the place, he was really patient with me and finally I found the best one. To add one more point I had some issues with maintenance and they were literally with me the very next day and resolved, I can only comment on what I have experienced they were swift with service.
