I contacted Anderson Brown and Clarke as they were recommended to me by a friend who sold her house through them. Mark Coden came to value the house. He was very honest, valued it fairly and was confident he would sell it. He was true to his word. After the second open day, we accepted an offer on our house. Mark sold it in 5 days!

Communication throughout the sale with Lee and Nick was excellent. They kept me informed at all times.

Having been with Gibbs Gillespie for a few months whose only approach I felt to selling houses was reducing prices and doing this with all their other local listing, effectively driving the price down in the area. We switched to Anderson Brown & Clarke who had been very persistent in trying to market our house which I hoped this would mean they would be equally determined to sell it. Within a week of switching we received an offer which was at our minimum price we could accept to proceed with our purchase, the buyers had been vetted and it was a pleasure to deal Andy & Nick and all the staff at the office. We have now moved and are grateful for all the assistance given by Anderson Brown & Clarke.

We put our house on the market the previous year with lots of viewings but no offers and poor service so we took our house of the market. Anderson brown and Clarke contacted us and said they could sell our house with in the week! . As soon as we viewed the house, Lee Marskall was very welcoming and gave me and my wife a lot of information about the house. He said he will ring us and he was true to his word. Everytime i needed information he and the rest of the Anderson Brown & Clarke team were 100% committed to getting me the answers as quickly as possible. Very efficient and professional.

wow where do I start. my family got sucked into a bad situation with an online estate agent who tried to take a 40k commission. as luck would have it Kevin from AB&C knocked on our door and quickly helped us in a time of great stress. it was with a matter of urgency that we sold our property for the best we possibly could without for sale signs outside our property. Kevin was professional extremely friendly and handled it amazingly. I am now in my new house with a massive profit thanks to Kevin and his wonderful team. communication was amazing from the whole company the solicitors were understanding and extremely patient and Kevin knows the area very well and will be very honest and up front. please if your looking to sell or even buy turn to AB&C they are wonderful and I hope they are around for many more years to come they are an absolute credit to the industry and we as a family can't thank them enough

A big thank you to Kevin for always being professional and positive in helping me selling my house. When I was being a pessimist he was always being positive during the process.
Kevin was the 3rd estate agent to take my house on the market. From the beginning Kevin said that he will sell my house ( I thought whatever). Not sure where he found the potential buyer, he was true to his word. Took me 10 months to sell and had 3 estate agents. With hindsight, should have went with Anderson Brown & Clarke in the first instance. Never mind, Kevin got me a buyer for my home. I am very grateful for all the work he had put into the process.

My family and I are over the moon and are happy in our new home.
