I contacted Anderson Brown and Clarke as they were recommended to me by a friend who sold her house through them. Mark Coden came to value the house. He was very honest, valued it fairly and was confident he would sell it. He was true to his word. After the second open day, we accepted an offer on our house. Mark sold it in 5 days!

Communication throughout the sale with Lee and Nick was excellent. They kept me informed at all times.

Very professional and skilled estate agents!! I highly recommend them. We tried a few estate agents in our area and none of them even came close to the standard of service we received from Anderson, Brown and Clarke. Nick and Andrew were very professional and definitely eased the stress of selling a house. They were the first estate agents I used that gave me confidence and really worked to ensure my house was sold. When selling our house, my wife and I met some very smooth operators. Agents visited the property and told us exactly what we wanted to hear.

Anderson Brown and Clark were different. They were real. They gave us a an optimistic yet realistic asking price for the property that they were confident would result in a sale.

It seemed like some of the high street branches were only interested in getting you to sign up. ABC were genuinely passionate about selling our property.

Our property was sandwiched between two other properties that were being sold by high street names. Ours was sold in just over 3 months. The other two properties are both still on the market as I write this review.

I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend ABC to colleagues and friends; indeed I have done so already.

We are grateful that we chose Anderson Brown and Clark because they sold our property at a very good price and their general service was commendable.

Having been with Gibbs Gillespie for a few months whose only approach I felt to selling houses was reducing prices and doing this with all their other local listing, effectively driving the price down in the area. We switched to Anderson Brown & Clarke who had been very persistent in trying to market our house which I hoped this would mean they would be equally determined to sell it. Within a week of switching we received an offer which was at our minimum price we could accept to proceed with our purchase, the buyers had been vetted and it was a pleasure to deal Andy & Nick and all the staff at the office. We have now moved and are grateful for all the assistance given by Anderson Brown & Clarke.

We put our house on the market the previous year with lots of viewings but no offers and poor service so we took our house of the market. Anderson brown and Clarke contacted us and said they could sell our house with in the week! . They fulfilled there promise and sold within the week, they made a stressful time smooth and seamless from recommending and excellent solicitors service to a fantastic removal company. As soon as we viewed the house, Lee Marskall was very welcoming and gave me and my wife a lot of information about the house. He said he will ring us and he was true to his word. Everytime i needed information he and the rest of the Anderson Brown & Clarke team were 100% committed to getting me the answers as quickly as possible. Very efficient and professional.
