From the first meeting with Shilpa I felt confident and at ease that she and her team would provide a good service for the sale of my Mother's house which would require waiting for probate to be granted. Kevin was excellent as the agent who showed the clients round the unoccupied house, always checking with me that I was able to come and open the house up for viewings. If the client cancelled he would always inform me and if for any reason he was delayed (very rare) he would phone me to let me know.
The sale has been a long drawn out process due to probate but I have been informed of progress at all times.

Shilpa came out on a Monday for a valuation along with other local agents - we quickly decided that Shilpa would be an agent who would be able to get the job done. Her professionalism and knowledge of the local market really shone through.
We decided on a price, professional photos were taken on the Wednesday of the same week. The property went live late Thursday evening and by Saturday we had 30 viewings.
Over the weekend and Monday morning we had 5 offers - Shilpa asked us to give her day with the offers and the next day she rang back presenting the strongest offer - which was over asking.
Shilpa delivered on everything she promised without promising anything unrealistic. She handled the whole transaction from start to finish personally, being very responsive to emails and calls.

She immediately put us at ease from the moment we met her, assuring us that she would be in control of the whole process, removing the stress from us. She assigned photographers to the property within days, and within a week we had an offer we were happy with. Winkworth Kingsbury estate agents has been a delight to work with. We dealt personally with Shilpa & her team and she always went above & beyond for her clients.
She has kept us in the loop every step of the way and helped us when required. She has never failed to stay in contact or be reachable should we want to talk.
Our property purchase with her has been amazing and the service she has given us has been nothing short of fantastic. This is an estate agent I would 150% recommend and always go back to.
You know that they are treating each person individually and creating time for you personally.
We have had dealings with other estate agents from other agencies within the area and nobody compares to the way in which Shilpa and winkworth dealt with us.
It honestly was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for everything she has done to enable us to fulfil our dream & purchase our first property.

The quality of the agency was exceptional. I have moved home a number of times over the years and have rarely experienced the level of service and professionalism offered by Shilpa and Jay when selling my property recently.
In particular, I would highlight the following:
1. Their ability to read the market and understand the real value of the property, perhaps best termed as 'ambitious realism'. We got over 40 viewings in the space of a month, way beyond our expectation and for a difficult property in a slowing market.
2. The level of communication at every step was superb. I never had to chase them about anything or felt that I didn't know what was going on. I was kept brilliantly informed every step of the way.
3. Helping to expedite matters once the sale was in the hands of the solicitors to ensure that everything moved swiftly and smoothly. The chasing was always done in the friendliest of ways so it never felt pushy.
4. The warmth and genuine supportive nature of every interatction with Shilpa and Jay, including their understanding of our particular family circumstances. They worked with the grain of these very well indeed.
As we no longer live in the neighbourhood my only sadness is that it is unlikely that I will be able to avail myself of Shilpa and Jay's first class service again in the future. The staff at Winkworth's Kingsbury really are at the top of their game and I would recommend them with out hesitation or reservation.

Winkworth have been extremely transparent and easy to deal with. As a landlord dealing with them for the first time i was initially worried dealing with a new agent given that I had a bad experience with another local agent. They did not fail to disappoint me ! They protected my property by renting it to the right tenants even though they had lots of offers, some of which dis not pass the suitable referencing. They took a couple of days more to ensure we were going down the right route. I am extremely happy I chose them. I now realise it was a very wise decision as my property is my biggest saving and it is in the right hands as they are managing it for me.

We had the worst experience with this agency. At the first viewing, the woman came with wrong keys, so I made my way to the flat for nothing. She said she would call when she gets the right keys. Never did.
Later I found an amazing studio on Zoopla, contacted the agent again, went for a viewing and loved it. We agreed on all details, I told her we can move in in two weeks after honeymoon. She had no problem with that, so we paid the holding deposit, sent all the paperwork and left for holiday. Later she started emailing us that we have to meet the landlord, when we told her we would be back in over a week, she emailed us to call her when we get back. I called immediately as I was scared something happened with our application. On the phone, she told me that she cannot hold the flat because we are away for so long (even though we told her) and that they will keep inserting and doing viewings and if it’s free when we come back, we can have it, if not, we will get money back. I tried to suggest we could call the landlord at least, but everything I said, her reaction was “Call me when you’re “. Two days before we came back, my husband emailed her asking how is it looking with the flat and she just answered that I have to call her on Monday. So I called her on Monday. I called the office four times, she tried to call me once when I was at work super busy. Then she emailed how she tried to reach me (1:4!) and that the flat has been rented to someone else because we were gone and we weren’t willing to communicate via email or phone enough! And then she said that we didn’t tell her we were going away for two weeks but just for weekend! So in the end, she gave the flat to someone else because she didn’t listen properly. We turned down other viewings, we were chill and thought we were safe. After we came back, I had a looot of trouble with my previous landlord as I already told him I was leaving. We lost over a week of searching for a flat because she didn’t tell us straight away.
And that’s not it. Now, over a week and a half after we came back, I found the flat still inserting, and even for cheaper. So that either means that she lied to us and they just didn’t want to give it to us or the other person decided not to take and she didn’t want to contact us.
In conclusion, worst communication ever. We lost a lot of opportunities on good places, money and nerves because of fake promise from a woman called Behnaz.
