This is an unusual review in that I didn't sell my house through Andrew but actually bought a property being sold with him. I felt that I needed to write this review, as although I was not directly Andrew's client, I was provided with an excellent service from him, he kept me up to date through every step of my purchase, which was always very reassuring, in what is a very stressful time. He was always very friendly and happy to help with any queries I had. I personally used a well known high street branch to sell my own property, which unfortunately did not offer the same kind of high quality personalised service. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone looking to sell their property.... Read more

Andrew Ashton sold the house my mother and father had lived in for 65 yrs. As you can imagine lots of memories in the house following their deaths. Unfortunately over the years the area had been in decline for a number of reasons so not an easy property to sell. We found Andrew Ashton to know Blackburn and it's surrounding areas very well having been in the job for 30 years. He was always friendly, supportive and felt that he sold the house with integrity and gave the best advice for us. He was an extra special estate agent .
