22nd May 2024 (7 mo. ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

Megan and her colleague Caroline followed up with my application right away and got me sorted. The front of office team is very adept and approachable.

She was always friendly, approachable, and more than happy to assist with any questions I had, no matter how random. We arranged multiple viewings, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for her. I would definitely use their services again, whether for buying or selling a property

They have gone above and beyond to ensure everything has gone smoothly. We opted to use the 'Reservation Agreement' service they provide which gave peace of mind and reduced the risk of chain breaks. Both Rachael and Michelle have been extremely professional and made the whole process a lot easier. The service that they have given us has exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.
8th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Managing some flats. Advised them in May 2024 to terminate tenancy failed to do it now 6 months later they still have not done it. Allowed tenant to damage my property and done nothing about it. STAY AWAY from these cowboys AWFUL service.Absolute Rubbish.

Great team of people working there. Could not recommend more highly. Update - the purchase of my new property has gone through. Kieran was our point of contact and I cannot thank him enough, he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

23rd Dec 2024 (29 days ago)Give one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.

We kept in constant contact over the purchase of the house. Darren kept me updated from his and sellers end of things and I kept him up to date with my end. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of viewings and all my questions and queries were answered promptly. Nice to see an estate agent actually doing some really good work. 10/10 from me.

Let Property on the other hand connected my property to one of their contacts who already had a criteria in place. Easy as that.
