When I decided to rent my property and asked Andrew Craig Estate Agent to manage this for me I found the perfect solution. Gill Ellis was my initial contact and although it was a lengthy process getting the house ready for an unfurnished rental, Gill was patient and supportive throughout. When the house was advertised the information was relaid to me quickly and suitable tenants found in a reasonable time. Since the tenants moved in I have had dealings with Sholynne and Danielle, who have both been courteous and professional. My calls have been answered quickly and courteously by staff and queries dealt with efficiently. I am delighted with the service.

Andrew Craig marketed our rental property. We met with their representative Gill Ellis who guided us through the process and their levels of management, having never used a management company. We have also had contact with Danielle and Natalie in the office and all staff have been friendly, helpful and professional. A tenant was found very quickly. In my experience I would not hesitate to recommend.

Georgia was really helpful in getting my new home sorted without much stress. The good thing to point out here is she is extremely professional and make clear communications at the right stage. Flow of communication between the builder and solicitor is really important in the buying process and she intervene at the right time to make things happen with in a month.

I am extremely grateful to Georgia, she was a massive help and support throughout what proved to be a very stressful period of time. This was made even worse by the imminent ending of the Stamp Duty Holiday and a lack of communication from my conveyancing team. Georgia persistently pursued them for updates and promptly informed me of their responses. Georgia always had a very pleasant manner and was at all times very efficient. I cannot thank her enough.
