After many months of having 2 successive, potential buyers withdraw from the buying process (1 just before exchange of contracts), I have finally completed a sale on the third attempt. During that time, the staff at Andrew Craig have almost become my adopted family. Without exception, they have been instantly reactive in addressing any un-foreseen issues, whilst also being proactive in anticipating potential issues and moving forward to expedite matters. The staff within the Gosforth branch have felt my pain with me, comforted and advised me and have provided a personal service way beyond just selling property.
If you need a hand to hold throughout the conveyancing process or you simply need a high standard of professionalism, I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Craig estate agents in Gosforth.

So happy we chose Andrew Craig! Maureen and her team are second to none! They are so efficient and worked tirelessly on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble and consistently answered emails and phone calls in the first instance. Our sale wasn’t without its hiccups and we doubt if completion would have happened without the staff here. Would not hesistate to recommend them.
