I had a fantastic experience working with Jackie Anderson at Andrew Craig throughout my house purchase.
As a first-time buyer, I had very limited knowledge of the process, but Jackie was incredibly supportive, professional, and responsive from start to finish. Over the course of around five months, she consistently kept me updated, answered my calls and emails promptly, and ensured everything progressed smoothly.
Her communication was excellent, and she was always approachable and willing to help with any questions I had. She even recommended a surveyor, which was very helpful and made the whole process much easier for me.
I really appreciated her attention to detail, organisation, and dedication. It made a stressful process feel much more manageable.
I would highly recommend Jackie and the Andrew Craig team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I have now sold through Andrew Craig twice (including my most recent property) and bought once through them. They are great. Excellent, swift advice and contact, chase things up when asked, and keep you informed along the way. I also highly rate their photos for selling houses and appreciate their honest approach to valuations. If I move again (which I hope not to!) I will definitely use Andrew Craig to sell.
