Lovely woman, kind, friendly and direct which when looking for a morgage is important. Could tell she cared more for me saving money and finding the best deal than giving money to a big bank/corporation.

Were very uncooperative during deposit dispute process, refusing to provide documentation and reports given by ourselves on things in the property that had been broken since first viewing. This resulted in us being charged for damage caused by a previous tenant. Unimpressed doesn't cover it.
