Were very uncooperative during deposit dispute process, refusing to provide documentation and reports given by ourselves on things in the property that had been broken since first viewing. This resulted in us being charged for damage caused by a previous tenant. Unimpressed doesn't cover it.

Very few viewings and we took it from them after about five months. They did try to get us to auction the house but we could see no advantage to this as the price would be lower and the fees higher.
