I rent with this agency for about 3 years. After agreeing with the landlord all details for moving out, the landlord called the agency to let them know they should release the deposit then they wanted to me call them (not sure why) which I did! This Sam guy answered and he was extremely rude! He never allowed me to talk, ask a questions or anything! So they do take your money but when it comes to release it they will behave like trolls!
