We moved into our rental property a month ago and are so happy with the fantastic service we received from Robertson Phillips. After having had nightmare trying to find a family home to rent with our 3 children, we finally found the perfect house with Robertson Phillips.
Danny and Emily were extremely knowledgeable and professional but also so helpful and kind, we can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.

I did not have a good rental experience with the rental team of this estate agent, they were not as motivated and helpful as other estate agents in the close area.

I had the privilege to deal with Parth. However, when he is s not available, there is no one else who knows about your property and therefore not able to discuss anything further in his absence. It would be nice if the staff in office are kept abreast and able to assist.

Amazing estate agent, would highly recommend! Arron helped me a lot buying a house in Harrow through a long and bumpy process. Whenever a problem arose Arron solved it professionally and quickly and kept me informed and up to date if everything needed.

The person dealing with our case was always unavailable and unprofessional that we had to call and complain and when anagement took over, it was just a horrible service, not responding in time and giving all the wrong information resulting in us losing a lot of money on a sale.
I would definitely recommend to stay away as they just provide a very bad service.
Also when we tried to complain that we have been unhappy with their service, we were provided with unprofessional manner and wrong info rather than a simple apology.
Shockingly BAD! I don't know how people have left so many good reviews for this place, but maybe we were unlucky!

Excellent service, great agents. Parth in particular goes above and beyond and is very patient in all his dealings as well as other colleagues Anita, Aaron and George. Proprietor Sandip is also very good to deal with. Overall, a great team.

Fantastic estate agent highly recommended. I contacted four other agents, Robertson Philips not only advised me to list at a higher price than anyone else, but within a week I had two cash buyers!!! Very friendly, extremely professional... The photos they took of my place were amazing. In the words of Tina Turner "simply the best".. and I have bought and sold 7 properties so I'm not new to this.

I really appreciated that Arron, George and Parth brought in genuine and qualified potential buyers from very start and in fact I've ended up selling my property to the first viewers! They advised and checked on me throughout the process!

Selling a property is never easy but Sandip and his team worked really hard to get my property sale to completion at all stages. Sandip always took my calls quickly ( at one particularly stressy point, on his day off on the golf course!!) We got there and moved in by completion despite a number of difficult factors that made the final week pretty frustrating. Thanks again, Highly Recommended agent. J W

We used Robertson Phillips to sell our house recently after Gibbs Gillespie failed to do so. The service we received throughout from RP, including all the staff we interacted with, has been amazing in comparison. RP was able to get us quite a few respectable offers and one that ultimately succeeded through to completion. All of our concerns and queries were addressed promptly throughout which had us feeling as comfortable as we could and increased our faith and trust that we chose the right Estate Agents to sell our house. Special shout-out to Sandip, Kylam and Jordan who I dealt with the majority of the time and were brilliant throughout - not to discount the other staff that were certainly involved!
