I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this estate agent. From the very beginning, their communication was virtually non-existent, and despite being given multiple opportunities to improve, they consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer service.<br><br>They showed a complete lack of respect for my time, with poor organisation, broken promises and an overall disregard for keeping clients informed. To make matters worse, the staff came across as incredibly rude, dismissive and arrogant throughout the process which didn’t even get far!<br><br>Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the past few years, I can honestly say this has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. Professionalism, communication, and customer care were all severely lacking. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy estate agent.
